Pre-teaching
1. Greeting class (say hi, how’s life)
2. Intermezzo: Ask about “How was your last weekend? Fun or bored?”
3. Ask some question related to the material, sharing about birthday party experience: “Have
you ever go to the birthday party?”, “How do you feel?”, “What you get before go to the
party?”.
4. Ask students other questions: “How about next weekend? Do you have agenda? Or any free
time? If I give you an invitation birthday party, would you come to my birthday?”
Whilst teaching
1. Before teacher gives an invitation birthday party, explain more about the components first.
2. Make 5 group and each group will receive an invitation birthday party, students analyze it
with their group.
3. Teacher maintains each group if there any difficulty.
4. Students mention the result of analyze by turns and teachers fix it.
5. Teacher asks students to remake their own invitation birthday party and after that show off in
the class.
Post teaching
1. Review the material, all about the elements of invitation birthday (mention together).
2. Open question and answer if there is still student don’t some of the material.
3. Spoiler about next week’s agenda
