EXT.

EMPTY STREET – (NIGHT) – LONG SHOT OF MAN WALKING DOWN

STREET.

JOHN - walks confidently while humming music to himself, John

is wearing a large beige trench coat dressed smartly in a suit
and tie.

john is walking a dimly lit street at night listening to music

on his headphones.

cut to a free camera shot from behind john where the music
changes from what he is listening to pure brown noise by deep
sleep white noise, cut back to an over the shoulder shot
facing behind john revealing a shadowy figure approaching him,
we cut between the shot of the over the shoulder camera back
to the free cam but each time we do this the free cam gets
closer and closer to john until we are within arm’s length of
him, at which point john escapes round a corner into an ally
way. We see the shadowy figure linger behind him silhouetted
in the arch of the ally. before stepping out of view

EXT. ALLEY WAY - (NIGHT)

as john walks down the alley way a man appears unexpectedly,

knocking johns head phones off.

STRANGER
watch it!

john’s calm demeanour changes, as he turns round with a

slightly screwed face
john lunges at the stranger and punches him in the chest
winding him, the man falls over with one hand on his chest
trying to catch his breath.
john inspects his knuckles before carrying on to his car, with
a smirk on his face.

EXT. CAR PARK - (NIGHT)

john walks to his car,when he gets a call from his boss

AMANDA.
 AMANDA
are you still coming tonight?

JOHN
yes, of course
AMANDA
good, come to the house number 28 on jack's lane at 11.

john hangs up the phone.

the shadowy figure overhears this conversation and we cut
panning down from john to a near by half wall were an unmasked
KATIE crouches waiting for here moment with a held breath.

john unlocks and sits in his car but before he drives off.
Katie jumps in the passenger seat taking john by surprise
and knocking him unconscious with a mallet. she searches
John's lifeless body for useful items finding a pistol before
violently pushing him out of the car and Katie jumps in the
drivers seat and speeds off.

EXT. GRAVEL DIVE WAY TO A LARGE ESTATE HOUSE - (NIGHT)

Katie appears as a silhouette against the estate house with

the camera angled up to make her appear smaller. she gently
creeps over to an open window which she can hear music playing
from, as she looks in we see a business casual party taking
place inside. she quietly scuttles over to an open door which
lead straight into an empty kitchen, she cautiously enters.

INT. MANOR KITCHEN - (NIGHT)

as she does we hear 2 people enter the kitchen, a man and a

woman, she rushes to hide in a cupboard leaving it open only a
jar but recognises the woman's voice .

MAN

somethings not right john should be here by now

 AMANDA

i know, someone may have got to him

MAN

we cant risk losing the brief case

AMANDA

lock all the doors and windows

MAN

should i tell the other guests

AMANDA
no need to worry them

amanda and the man exit the room, katie sneaks through the
sprawling halls of the house staying out of sight until she
reaches the stairs and sneaks up and enters the study.

INT. STUDY - (midnight)

katie enters a dimly lit room, where an old desk sits in the
corner of the room, she rushes over to it, she tries the large
draw on the desk but it wont budge. she pulls out the pistol
she stole from john and bashes open the lock. she opens the
bag and a gold glow rushes out the bag filling her eyes
excitement. but as she moves to leave the area with the brief
case she stops as the heavy feet of several guards pound along
the floor outside the study.

KATIE
damn
 GUARD

throw your weapon towards the door we know your there

a shadow steps in front of the door, katie shoots through it

killing the guard behind the door. she waits patiently staring
at the bottom waiting for another to make the same mistake.
but instead a volley of bullets rip the door tearing it to
pieces. she ducks, closing her eyes hoping no bullets pierce
the desk and hit her. and none do luckily but she is
temporally deaf due to the level of noise.

after the volley has stopped she decides her only way out is
the windows so she shoots out the window behind her and peers
out.

camera pans down to see an SUV

katie decides her only option is to jump and use the SUV roof
to break her fall, she takes a small run up and jumps just as
guards burst through the door and see her leaping out.

the guards rush over to the window to see where she has gone
and again the camera pans down towards the SUV to see a dent
in the roof but katie is not there but as the camera pans up
again we see her running away quickly.

EXT. TOWN/PARK - (VERY EARLY MORNING)

she ducks down many side streets until she is confronted by

john who has a small lump on his head from being hit. john
instantly leaps after Katie but she starts to run towards the
water were she has planned a boat for her get away. on her way
she must run through a park dodging and weaving obstacles,
occasionally ducking behind a row of bushes or trees in order
to fire at john and the other guards to slow them down. but
eventually she runs out of bullets and resorts to solely
running.
EXT. BRIDGE - (VERY EARLY MORNING)

as she reaches the bridge where just on the other side her
boat is mored, she feels a sharp pain in her thigh. she
stumbles falling slightly grasping at her leg. she tries to
continue running grunting as she does but john eventually
catches up to her and wrestles her to the ground.

small fist fight ensues before john quickly gains the upper
hand by kicking her where she has been shout causing her a
momentary weakness where john menages to knock her out with a
clean blow across the face.

she comes too still on the bridge but she is tied to the stone
wall, she looks around with wide eyes trying to wiggle out of
her restraints. but john comes over with again a smirk on his
face.

JOHN
thought id return the favour

he points at katie head,

a black SUV pulls up in front of the two with a familiar dent

in the roof and amanda steps out the car

AMANDA
thought you were clever?

katie simply spits in her face choosing to not say a word or

look her in the eyes.

AMAMDA
Have it your way

The sound of a large cinder block being lifted is heard and

katie it put on the ledge of the bridge face down looking at
the water below, the cinder block is seen being thrown off the
edge and just as it pulls katie with it. FADE TO BLACK
