EASY FOUR INGREDIENT SUGAR COOKIE TRUFFLES

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

FREEZE: 20 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 30 MINUTES

SERVINGS: 12

Ingredients Cooking Method

BLEND IT ALL:
● 15 sugar cookies (Pepperidge Farm) 1. First step, blending the cookies in a blender or food processor. It’s the
easiest step and the least messy!
● 2-3 ounces cream cheese (softened) 2. You want them to turn into SUPER FINE crumbs.
3. Add the cream cheese and vanilla and mix it with short interval breaks
● 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (Simply until the mixture is combined.
ROLL IT OUT:
Organic Vanilla Extract.)
4. Next step, scoop out the mixture with a small cookie scoop or spoon and
● 1 1/2 cups chocolate melting wafers roll into balls. Call in the kids at this point and have a blast.
5. Place the balls on a parchment lined baking tray and freeze until firm
(usually takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on your freezer).
DIP IT IN:
6. Finally, melt the chocolate until smooth.
7. Then place the truffle on a fork and dip into the bowl of melted chocolate.
8. Tap, TAP, and Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to remove any excess
chocolate (this ensures that none drips down).
9. Then place on the baking sheet and immediately add sprinkles or any other
toppings you prefer!
10. Do this while the chocolate is still wet. Work fast, they harden SUPER
quickly!

Notes and Tips

1. Be Quick

Chocolate tends to harden pretty quickly which is why you need to work faster, I usually do not tell you all to be
fast with my recipes but this will not turn out good if you let the chocolate harden. Because of this, make sure to add
your toppings immediately after you dip it in or else the toppings will just fall off.

You can add jimmies as well; they’re my personal favorites if I compare them with sprinkles. Be creative with it,
add some sanding sugar, some crushed peppermint or drizzle some chocolate on top!

2. We want them Smooth!

I know it is never easy to get a smooth finish when you drip your truffles in chocolate, but if you follow my advice,
they will turn out amazing! Be sure to dip the truffles into the chocolate as fast as you can, this will prevent an extra
layer from adding on the first layer.

Next, gently tap the truffle on the edge of the chocolate bowl to remove any excess chocolate (Use a fork for help).
Place them on a butter paper and clean the splatters with a toothpick to prevent it from hardening the way it is.

3. Let it Chill before serving

We obviously need to put the truffles in the fridge which is why be sure not to take them out too early or else you
will not like the final product.

Be sure to let your truffles cool down in your refrigerator before serving because there is a high risk of the cream
cheese going bad and refrigeration will help them keep a good shape!
