Source Material 1 The center of the topic of the 2
different source material was
about the model behind the
oblation in the University of
the Philippines. The two
articles coincide that it was
made by the National Artist,
Guillermo Tolentino.
According to the articles, one
Source Material 2 of the prospects is Fernando
Poe Sr. but findings revealed
that the model behind the
oblation is Prof. Anastacio
Caedo, the student assistant of
Tolentino. Moreover, both
findings were found in a book,
thus they are secondary
sources as well.
DIFFERENCE

published on August 30, 2011
while Source Material 2 was
published on September 2,
2007. On source material 1,
author also stated other
names, not just Fernando Poe
Jr. unlike in source material 2,
author just focused on the
speculation about Fernando
Poe Jr. and Caedo. Source
Material 1 provides additional
details through some sharing
information about Chansellor
Grace Javier who was a
student of Caedo. According to
her, the oblation really looks
like him as she was asked to
create the other Oblation
monuments. Lastly, the first
source material used English
Language while the second
source material used Filipino
Language.
