Abstract:- Movers & Packers is a project which is developed to provide an interactive

platform between users and packers and movers company. This project provides best and
reliable services in relocating. Users can book the services through this web portal. This project
provides useful information to users in the process of relocating their house. Packers and movers
agency works according to the needs and requirement of the customers and provide them the
desirable results. The packers and movers company uses best quality packing materials to pack
goods in such a way that all goods remain in safe condition during transit & moving services

Introduction:- Packers and Movers Management System is software which provide an

interactive platform between users and packers and movers company. This project provides best
and reliable services in relocating. Users can book the services through this web portal.

In proposed system we do not have to maintain everything manually. Through this system if any
enquiry occurs it is corresponding entries is done automatically because database management
system gives facility of having relationship between the tables. In proposed system we do not

have to maintain record manually.

Motivation:-
Online Reservation is not feasible method for everyone so for those people making such systems will
help them in booking tickets.
Such system will be placed on airports that will result in lesser human efforts and those airport staffs will
be used in managing the airport premises more efficiently.
Such systems exists at Indian Railway Stations that have automated machines with optimised UI’s and
controlled environment so that passengers can take tickets on-spot with no extra efforts.

Existing System and its Limitations:-

In the existing system the exams are done only manually but in proposed system we
have to computerize the exams using this application.
>>Lack of security of data.
>>More man power. Time consuming.
>>Consumes large volume of pare work.
>>Needs manual calculations.
>>No direct role for the higher officials.

Proposed System:-
>>System needs store information about new entry of Airlines Tickets.
>>System needs to help the internal staff to keep information of Flights and find them as per
various queries.
>>System need to maintain quantity record.
>>System need to keep the record of Bookings.
>>System need to update and delete the record.
>>System also needs a search area.
>>It also needs a security system to prevent data.

System Requirement Specifications (Functional & Non-Functional) :-
1.A 32-bit or 64-bit computer or workstation for modern usage.
2.An IDE or text editor for the code.
3.A compiler like minGW 64, bash, etc.
4.We can use the official command prompt or use a Linux terminal.
5.Input and Output consoles.
6.Minimum 1GB RAM required.

Proposed Methodology:-
The aim of proposed system is to develop a system of improved facilities. The proposed system
can overcome all the limitations of the existing system. The system provides proper security and
reduces the manual work
>>Security of data.
>>Ensure data accuracies.
>>Proper control of the higher officials.
>>Minimize manual data entry.
>>Minimum time needed for the various processing.
>>Greater efficiency
>>Better service.
>>User friendliness and interactive.
>>Minimum time required.
