Welcome to the self-paced virtual classroom offering of IBM WebSphere Service Registry and

information model of IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository
V8.
This self-paced virtual course teaches you the purpose, architecture, and information model of
IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository V8.
This course uses a combination of self-paced lectures and demonstrations. You learn how to
perform administrative and configuration tasks with the web UI web application. A demonstration
introduces you to the two web user interfaces: the web UI and Business Space
Course prerequisites
Before taking this course, you should have an understanding of Service-
Oriented Architecture and web services.
There are no prerequisites for this course. However, it is recommended that you have an
understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and web services.
After completing this course, you should be able to describe the WebSphere Service Registry and
Repository information model.
Identify the application programming interfaces to WebSphere Service Registry and Repository.
Find, publish, and manage service metadata with Business Space.
