REFLECTION 2

Areas to develop/Experience
While working on assessment 2, it was
difficult for me to organize my ideas in a
clear and coherent manner. I had difficulty
developing logical sentences and well-
defined introductions, bodies, and
conclusions. Some of my sentences were
overly complex.
I found it hard to find reliable information
to support evidence for my work. My
summarizing and paraphrasing skills were
not good enough, so maintaining academic
integrity was challenging for me while
doing my assessment.
Action Plan
I will reflect on my past writing to find out
where I struggle a lot. I will approach my
teacher to discuss the feedback I got on
assessment 2 and seek help from her. I will
also make use of writing guides, and
manuals where I can get tons of examples to
learn and improve my writing style.
I will learn to properly utilize online
journals to find reliable information and
take advantage of my class resources and
research guides. I will also make use of
vocabulary, and practice summarizing
sentences. I will try to capture the key
points and write them in my own way to
avoid plagiarism. I also make good use of
Turnitin before submitting my assignment
and properly cite all the sources that I have
used.
