Purpose of equipment
The production line is used to produce SZ stranded optical cable, which can produce
optical fiber bundle tube with tube outer diameter of Φ1.8 -3.5 mm

1. CSM Payoff

The main frame is a suspended gantry structure with active setting out. The AC variable
frequency motor is brought to the gearbox to drive the wire disc to rotate, and the electric
lifting, clamping and loosening. The centering function during setting out can be realized
through the centering device, which has the function of anti over clamping.

2. Loose Tube Payoffs

Horizontal storage tension is used to control the dancing wheel (4 storage wheels in front
and back). The signal of dancing wheel is sampled by displacement sensor, and the
cylinder tension is controlled by imported precision pressure reducing valve. The tension
can be adjusted at will.

3. PN800~PN1,000mm

It is composed of dragon gate type pay off frame and tension controller. The pay off frame
is a pneumatic chuck with a top structure. The tray is lifted by pneumatic lifting, the
clamping is by air cylinder, and the cylinder control is by solenoid valve. The frequency
converter controls the AC frequency conversion motor, drives the dial plate through the
cycloid pin wheel reducer, and is equipped with an independent electric control box. The
tension controller adopts the swing bar type, controls the casing tension by changing the
counterweight, and adopts the PID mode to control the setting out speed and the traction
synchronization. When the yarn is broken, the operator can recover the loose tube to the
pay off frame by operation.

6. Reinforced core filling

The gear pump is driven by 400W AC reduction motor, and the Jelly is extracted from the
Jelly barrel and injected into the filling pipe to realize pressure filling.

7. SZ stranding device

SZ stranding device adopts the structure of stranding disc, which is driven by Panasonic
AC servo system. The position is controlled accurately, the change of SZ reverse pitch is
small, and the operation is noiseless; The stranding motor drives the reel to make the
bundle tube SZ stranding. The stranding device has the function of zero position locking
and over twist protection. There is an out of control protection device to prevent the bundle
tube from breaking; There is a zero position positioning device, which is conducive to the
realization of threading function.

8. Double disc concentric yarn binding device (pot type structure)

Panasonic AC servo system is controlled by constant torque mode, two binding heads are
concentric, forward and backward, the binding tension can be adjusted online, and the
tension can be adjusted automatically with the change of yarn diameter, which can
effectively ensure the stability of tension. It has the function of emergency stop. The setting
value of yarn tension can be displayed on the control screen and can be adjusted online. It
is required to have the function of yarn breaking alarm stop.

9. Anti torsion device

The cable core anti twisting device is equipped behind the yarn binding machine, which can
prevent the cable from twisting and shaking along with the SZ stranding head. Small
crawler structure, pneumatic compression, can move relative to the operating surface,
convenient for the operator to change yarn operation.

10. φ800 double wheel traction device

It adopts double wheel tractor with pneumatic cable pressing device to ensure that the
cable core does not slip on the traction wheel. It outputs signal meter through proximity
switch, and is driven by 7.5kW AC variable frequency motor and worm gear reducer.

11. Horizontal storage wheel type take-up tension control device

Horizontal storage tension is used to control the dancing wheel (4 storage wheels in front

12. Ф1,600 gantry ground rail walking take-up frame

Take up frame adopts Ф1600 The take-up reel is driven by frequency conversion motor and
K reducer, and the motor system controls the wire arrangement. The operator can set the
pitch and width of the wire arrangement through the touch screen. The whole machine is
controlled by Siemens PLC, and there are operation stations or platforms on both sides for
the convenience of operators.

13. Electrical control system

A. The main control system adopts industrial computer and Siemens plc-s7 series to control
the operation of the whole line, which can monitor the operation of each machine online
and operate the single action and linkage of each production part; The system is directly
installed on the control cabinet without a separate console. The display adopts 19 inch
color display, and the operator operates the production line through mouse and keyboard.

B. The man-machine interface includes control interface, parameter setting interface, alarm
interface, event record and curve record, which can set, display and record the process
parameters and status of the production line in real time. Each part can be centralized
linkage control or single action control. If there is a fault in the normal production process, it
can alarm and stop immediately, and display the specific alarm position in the alarm
interface.
The process parameters are: production speed, product length, yarn pitch, stranding pitch,
stranding angle, yarn tension, etc.

Main alarms include: pay off upper limit, pay off broken line, SZ stranding over twist, each
driver alarm, etc.

The emergency stop switch is set at the take-up, pay off, casing pay off frame, stranding
table and yarn binding machine.
