BSBA 3.1

1. We are both wrong on what we have done. First is he undercharged me for the drinks which will
lead to loss of income of the bar and my fault was actually tolerating his actions.
2. Realizing my fault, I would ask him to stop undercharging me. Not only it can lead to income loss
of the bar, but it is also an act of theft which makes him a thief and can make his situation worse.
If he refused to do so, then I would try my best to just avoid drinking at the bar while explaining
him the consequences for his actions.
3. It is different from special treatment as a friend because of his motive to seek some sort of
revenge to the bar for mistreating him. If it was a special treatment as a friend, then he would
shoulder the bill and not undercharge me all the time.
4. Yes, it can be used as an excuse for his act of ‘vengeance’ to the bar as he was mistreated, but
that does not mean that it is right to purposely undercharge me to make a loss to the bar
business.
