The most common regret in men was working very hard all your life and spending a lot of time at work,
instead of spending time with your family.

3. In the article they mentioned that happiness is a choice. What do you think this means?

Happiness depends on you and that is why you have to accept life with its drawbacks but you have to
face life with character and do what you want with love and stay away from people who do not respect
and value you, without asking because. simply for the simple fact that you are wasting your time in the
wrong place and with the wrong people.
