Zumba became a popular exercise as it trains the body to exert sweat and exhaustion. It’s famous for

body. In the Philippines we can see that most seniors or older adults that may do zumba as a de-stress or a
active hobby that they can do when they don’t ave anything to do. In my opinion it is beneficial as it is
