Introduction

Welcome to the unofficial game guide to „Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Double Agent”. This
guide consists of a detailed walkthrough of the entire singleplayer campaign of the game. You
should be able to find answers to most of your questions here, especially if you prefer a
stealthy approach. I guess I shouldn’t remind you that staying in the shadows and avoiding
attention from enemy guards is going to be very important. „Double Agent” is very similiar to
most of the other games from this genre. There’s also a stealth meter that’s displayed at the
end of each level. You will be punished for knocking out enemy soldiers or even destroying
sources of light. Thankfully, you won’t receive any bonuses for finishing the game with the
100% stealth ranking, so you won’t have to put all of your efforts into this. I’ve tried my best
to point out the best possible solutions, however in some of the missions I’ve disabled a few
opponents or taken out the lights. The choice is yours. You can stay in one place for a much
longer period of time if you wish, carefully planning your next movements.
There’s also one more thing for you to know. „Double Agent” is a non-linear game. In most
missions, there are a lot of different paths leading to your goals. Additionally, you will be able
to solve some of the problems using various different approach methods. I’ve displayed most
entertaining types of actions. Thanks to that, you won’t miss anything important or
interesting. I should also remind you to take a closer look at the missions goals. This will
allow you to find out which organization you’re working for. You must also remember that
some of the secondary objectives (these goals are marked with a star) will allow you to unlock
cool gadgets (grenades, attachments or upgrades for your tools). It would be best if you
hadn’t skipped these tasks, mostly because all of these new objects may come in handy
during some of the most difficult missions of the game. Also, make sure that you’re saving
your progress frequently. It’s very easy to make a major mistake, especially if you’re staying
in the shadows or preparing for more dangerous tasks. Have fun!

Walkthrough
Training missions (Test Course A i B)
Important! You won’t have to finish any of these levels, however I’d strongly recommend that
you take a closer look at them. Both of these test courses are very short, so you won’t have to
spend a lot of time finishing them. You will have an opportunity to practice some of the
standard moves. The game won’t unlock all possible actions right away, however you will
know the basics and that’s enough to proceed with the main campaign.

Both of these missions are being played out in a virtual environment. Don’t worry. There’s
nothing wrong with your computer. ;-) You will start off inside a white chamber. Wait for
some of the first hints to appear on your screen. You will have to proceed to a dark entrance
(#1). It should be located in front of you. Now you will have to reach a small object. The main
problem are the surrounding lights (#2). Avoid them at all costs. Once again, you shouldn’t
have any problems doing that. Wait for the new cut-scene to appear on the screen.

Step up to the tipe and start climbing up to the top (#1). You will have to reach the opposite
end of this chamber. Perform a single jump. This will allow you to use the horizontal pipe.
Start moving forward. You will have to press the SHIFT key near the end (#2). Otherwise you
wouldn’t be able to reach this room. Don’t leave the pipe just yet. Make sure that you have
reached the vertical object. Use it to reach the ground floor.

Now you will have to get closer to the laptop. Press the USE key (#1). This will allow you to
solve a rather simple mini-game. Your objective will be to press correct digits. Some of them
will stop. You will have to find them quickly, before the time limit runs out. I’m sure that you
won’t have any problems with this game. Once you’re done, get back to the horizontal pole.

Start moving forward. Once you’ve reached the central part of this chamber, you will have to

make a stop. A small icon should appear on your screen (#1). Press the USE key. This will
allow you to use the rope. Press the correct key. You will have to reach the protected object
(#2). A new cut-scene will appear on your screen. Get back to the ground level and head on
to the small exit. Thanks to that, you will be able to end this first training mission.

The second test course will allow you to practice avoiding and disabling enemy guards. You
won’t have to worry about anything in particular. Also, you won’t be punished with your
stealth rating. First of all, you will have to neutralize a single guard (#1). Wait for him to
enter one of the buildings. Follow him. It would be best if you had knocked out this enemy
soldier (#2). You will have a lot of room to plan your actions, so make sure that you won’t
make any mistakes.

Head on to the large door (#1). You may not notice it at first glance, but I assure you that it’s

there. A short cut-scene should pop up on your screen. The second part of this mission is
going to be more difficult. You will have to eliminate two soldiers. Additionally, there’s a
hostage here for you to rescue. Use the stairs to reach the lower level. A single guard is
patrolling this area (#2). You will have to attack him from behind. Make sure that he’s
knocked out.

You will find yourself inside a small maze. If you were playing a normal mission, you could
use your 3D map. Go back to the stairs. This will allow you to locate a correct path to your
destination (#1). Once you’re there, get closer to the terrorist (#2). Make sure that he doesn’t
hear you coming. You will have to eliminate him.

The last thing for you to do here is to rescue a hostage. Press the correct action key (#1).
That’s it. Step up to the dark entrance (#2). It should be located in front of you.

Mission 1 [Iceland – Geothermal Plant]


Time and place: 20 kilometers from Akureyri; 03 September 2007

MISSION OBJECTIVES:

Important! Completing star marked objectives will allow you to unlock new equipment. It’s
very important that you do so, mostly because some of these gadgets will make your life a lot
easier.

COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:


Start off by watching a short cut-scene (#1). As you’ve probably noticed, you will have to
cooperate with another member of Third Echelon. Thankfully, you will be able to perform
most of the important actions on your own. Once you’ve regained full control over Fisher’s
actions, turn around and step up to a large console (#2). You will able to activate one of the
computers. This will allow you to read a quite important e-mail. It’s been written by Sarah...

Get back to the rear part of the plane. You will have to perform a single jump here (#1).
There’s a short flight ahead of you. Wait for the main character to end up in the water. Start
swimming forward (#2). You could activate your night vision goggles here, however this won’t
be necessary. Take a closer look at your teammate. You should be following him to your
current destination.

You will have to locate a small tunnel that’s located to the left of a working fan (#1). Enter it
and keep swimming forward. Once you’ve reached your destination, wait for your teammate
to perform a successful stealth kill (#2). You will have to repeat this action in a short while,
so make sure that you observe what he’s doing.

Get closer to the ice. You will have to locate a thin spot. A new icon will appear on your
screen (#1). Press the USE key. This will allow you to make some noise. You will have to wait
for the terrorist to get here. Wait for the hand icon to appear. Press the USE key once again
in order to get rid of the guard (#2). Additionally, you won’t alarm any of the surrounding
enemies.

Once you’ve disposed of the guard, get closer to one of the holes (#1). This will allow you to
leave the water (#2). You will find yourself near a small hut. I would recommend that you
stay here for a few seconds. Lambert will tell you what has to be done here. It would also be
wise to save your current progress here.

Now you will have to get closer to a small building that should be located on your right (#1).
You could also use your 3D map, however this won’t be necessary. Use the stairs and open a
single door. You will have to be crouching here, so you don’t wake up one of the guards. Turn
left and pick up a grenade (#2). You could also use a nearby laptop. There’s a single e-mail
stored on it.

The next important task will be to cut off the electricity to this part of the compound. Get
closer to a metal box. You will have to use your knife here (#1). Once this is done, leave the
cabin. You will have to locate your buddy. Get closer to him and press the USE key. Thanks
to that, he will be able to reach the other side of the fence. You, on the other hand, will have
to climb there.

Once you’ve entered the new section of the base, use a nearby ladder (#1). Thanks to that,
you will reach a small metal platform. Position yourself correctly and perform a single jump.
Fisher will automatically use the rope (#2). Wait for him to reach the next section of the
compound. You should also know that you won’t have to worry about your teammate
anymore.

Make a few steps forward and climb down to the lower platform. Wait for one of the guards to
get closer to your position. If you decide to land on him (#1), you’ll stun him immediately.
Alternatively, you could try and avoid his movements. Turn right. Locate a small staircase
(#2). You will have to reach the ground level.

Wait for the nearby guards to leave this area. Once you’ve reached the ground loor, turn
around and make a few steps forward (#1). One of the enemy soldiers is carrying a flashlight,
so you will have to be extra careful. Turn right and enter a large container (#2). You will find
a wall mine here. It would be wise to pick it up. Start moving towards the opposite end of the
container. You can’t make too much noise here!

One of the guard should be standing here (#1). It would be best to grab him. Head back to
the container, so you aren’t noticed by anyone else. Interrogate the guard. He will give you
the keycode to the gate, however you won’t have use this information. Make sure that you
knock him out afterwards (#2). You can do this by pressing the right mouse button.

Like I’ve said before, you could use the acquired keycode, however you would have some
serious problems avoiding one of the guards. As a result, I would recommend that you turn
around. There’s a small outpost in this area, however don’t explore it just yet. Start off by
eliminating the guy with a flashlight (#1). Hide his body inside the container. Proceed to the
small hut (#2).

Important! There’s a single terrorist standing here. You WON’T have to kill him. Just make
sure that he doesn’t hear you coming. First of all, you should pick up a grenade. You will find
it near the entrance. Move closer to the computer terminal (#1). Once you’ve activated it,
choose the second option – Open Gate. Thanks to that, you will unlock a safe passage to your
destnation. You will be able to see this during a short cut-scene (#2). Shut down the
computer and get back to the container area.

There are at least two other soldiers patrolling this area. You won’t have to kill or stun them.
One of these soldiers will be standing by the gate. Wait for the right moment to make a move
(#1). Enter the newa area of the compound. Keep heading straight, however make a right
turn at some point (#2). This will allow you to avoid being seen by a huge spotlight.

The second guard will be using a flashlight. Make sure that he’s heading in the opposit
direction. Step up to the wall and start climbing to the upper level (#1). You can’t stay here
for too long. Otherwise you would have been spotted. Turn left. There’s a ladder here (#2).
You will have to use it in order to be able to reach the top of this structure.

Perform a single jump. The objective here is to grab a large pipe. Start moving forward (#1).
Thankfully, you won’t have to worry about being seen. Once you’ve reached your destination,
climb down and head to the unactive fan. Press the correct key (#2) in order to enter the
main part of the factory.

You will witness an important execution here. Your partner is going to be shot by one of the
enemy soldiers (#1). This means that you will have to disarm the missile on your own.
Furthermore, you will only have seven minutes to reach this object. Thankfully, it’s plenty of
time, especially since you will only have to reach one of the lower platforms of the complex.
Keep moving to your left (#2). There’s a large metal platform there. You will have to reach it.
Make sure that you have saved your progress!

Start moving forward. Ignore the first staircase. Instead, head on to the second one. You
shouldn’t have any problems locating it (#1). Use the stairs to reach the lowest level of the
complex. You will probably come across a single terrorist along the way (#2). Wait for him to
reach the ground level. After that, you should be able to hit him. You CAN’T do this while
he’s on the stairs. Otherwise you would have ended up dead.

There’s a laptop here. You might want to check it out in order to read a few e-mails. After
that, head on to the main area of the factory. Get closer to the missile. You will find a valve
here (#1). Use it and get back to the knocked out opponent. You should be able to locate an
elevator here (#2). It’ll help you out to get back to the top level. Once you’re there, turn right
and get closer to a small room.

One of the workers should be standing here (#1). This means that you will have to take care
of this small problem. Knocking him unconscious seems like a good idea (#2). You could also
use some of the carried tools, however this won’t be necessary. You mustn’t forget about the
time limit!

Once you’ve neutralized the worker, head on to a large console. You will have to press a
button (#1). Get back to the main area and start moving towards the missile (you don’t have
to use the elevator). There should be a second panel here. Get close to it (#2). I’d strongly
recommend that you save your game here.

You will have to solve a simple hacking mini-game (#1). If you’ve finished „Tom Clancy’s
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory”, you should know exactly what has to be done here. The
objective is to search for correct digits. Some of them will be stopping (#2). This means that
you have to choose them. Use the movement keys. Also, remember about the time limit.

Once you’ve successfully disabled the missile, you will have to escape the factory. Start off by
using a nearby ladder (#1). Once you’ve reached a small balcony, be on a look out for a rope
(#2). Grab it and keep going upwards. This mission is going to end in a short while.

Two very important movies will appear on your screen (#1; #2). First of all, Sam Fisher finds
out about the tragical death of his daughter. The second movie shows our character wearing
a prison suit. As you’ve probably suspected, we’ll have to organize an escape and help out a
few terrorists in order for Sam to become a double agent.
Important! If you have managed to fulfill star-marked objectives, you will be able to unlock
two gadgets – EMP Grenade and Explosive Sticky Camera – Attachment.

COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:


You start off inside a prison cell. Listen to what Jamie (he’s one of the members of the JBA
terrorist ogranization) has to say (#1). He will give you a knife. Additionally, you will find out
more about your objectives. You will have to help the prisoners to start a riot. Turn left.
Destroy a small poster. There’s a hole here. Use it. Once you’ve reached a new room, you will
have to use a nearby pipe (#2). There’s only one path leading to your current destination, so
you can’t get lost. Enter a small ventilation shaft.

You should be able to leave the ventilation shaft in a few seconds. Some of the prisoners are
fighting with the guards, but you can ignore them (#1). You’re quite safe here. Turn left and
start moving forward. You will have to reach a second ventilation shaft (#2). It’ll be located on
your left.

Get closer to the ventilation shaft. You will have to use your knife here (#1), but it shouldn’t
be much of a problem. Entering the shaft can be quite tricky. Try standing up and moving
towards it. Once you’re inside, head on to a small room that’s located in front of you. Make a
few steps forward. Press the USE key (#2). This will allow you to reach an observation post.

Climb down to a large room. You should be standing in a darker spot, so you’re safe here
(#1). There is a single guard here. You could try and ignore him, however this force to
monitor his movements. It’s best to neutralize this guard. You could also use some of the
nearby objects to hide Fisher (#2), however this won’t be necessary.

There are two things for you to take care of. First of all, use a nearby computer (#1). It’s
located near the landing spot, so you won’t have to search the entire room. There’s a well
known mini-game for you to finish. Once you’ve completed it, read one of the e-mails. You
will receive a door combination (1403). Go ahead and use it on a nearby cabinet (#2). Open
the cabinet. There are some smoke grenades inside. It would be wise to pick them up.

Head on to the nearby door (#1). Wait for the second guard to leave this area. You will have to
proceed with a new mini-game (#1). Make sure that you’re pressing a correct movement key.
I’m sure that you won’t have any problems figuring out how this works. Open the door and
proceed do the staircase area. It would be best to create a new savegame here.

You should be standing near a staircase (#1). That’s where you’ll need to choose your path.
There are two different ways to recah your next destination. The nearby door will lead you to
the upper part of the complex. I wouldn’t recommend going there. You’d have to spend a lot
of time avoiding the guards. Instead, head on to the staircase (#2). This is a longer path,
however you won’t encounter any major problems along the way. There’s also more for you to
see there.

Once you’ve reached the lower level, open the door and turn left. There’s a second door here.
Head on to the next room. You will have to use a panel (#1). I’m sure that you remember the
correct combination (1403). You will come across a large metal detector. Just as before, you
will be able to neutralize this device using various approach methods. The easiest way to
disable it would be to hack into the computer system (#2). You could also cut one of the
cables, however doing this could expose you to one of the nearby guards.

The large corridor is being patrolled by a single guard. It would be best to neutralize this
threat. Wait for the right moment to start following him (#1). Make sure that you’re not being
noticed. Otherwise you would have failed one of the secondary objectives of this mission. Get
closer to the guard and knock him out (#2). You can’t make too much noise while doing this!

It would be wise to pick up the body of the unconscious guard. Thanks to that, you won’t
have to worry about him being seen by other guards. Head on to a single door (#1). You will
have to pick the lock in order to open it. Make sure that you have saved your current
progress, as there are some challenging areas ahead of you. It’s very easy to make a mistake
there.

Start off by moving closer to a darker side of this room (#1). There are two guards in your
vicinity. Both of them are shooting at the other convicts, however you will have to be very
careful. Your enemies will be changing their positions from time to time. I would recommend
that you neutralize both of them. Start with the guard located on the left side of the room
(#1). After that, take out his colleague. You should be saving your progress quite frequently.
Thanks to that, you will avoid repeating larger sections of this level. Additionally, make sure
that the bodies aren’t spotted by other guards. You can try and hide them in the shadows.

Make sure that both guards have been neutralized. Now you will have to reach a small room
that’s located on your left (#1). Start moving forward. Keep close to those objects which are
located on your left (#2). Make sure that you’re not running. Otherwise one of the guards
would have spotted you.

You will have to make a stop here. Get closer to a small entrance (#1). One of the guards will
arrive here very soon (#2). You will have to be very careful, mostly because he will be using a
flashlight. Additionally, save your current progress. Wait for the guard to get closer to your
position. You can knock him out or try to avoid his movements.

Knocking out the guard isn’t a necessary thing to do. You could wait for him to move to the
right side. Head on to the stairs. Stay close to the left wall (#1), so you won’t be spotted by
anyone else. You shouldn’t make any unnecessary stops here. Head on to a small door (#2).
Just as before, you will have to pick a lock. Enter the new area of the compound.

There should be a large staircase in front of you. Use the stairs to reach the upper level. Be
careful, though. One of the guards will be patrolling this area (#1). He’s carrying a flashlight,
so make sure you’re well hidden. I would recommend knocking him out. Just make sure that
he doesn’t fall down the stairs. You should stay here a little while longer. There are two e-
mails for you to read here. Additionally, you will be able to pick up a riot shotgun (#2). If
you’re lucky, you won’t even have to use this weapon. Nevertheless, it’s good to have it with
you.

Proceed to the top floor. As you’ve probably noticed, one of the guards is fighting with the
prisoners. I’d strongly recommend that you take him out silently. Otherwise he would have
been shot by the convicts. This would result in losing some trust with the NSA. Step up to
the small computer console (#1). You will have to choose the Open All Cell Doors feature (#2).
There’s a well known mini-game for you to solve here.

Opening cell doors will allow you to gain trust with the JBA organization. You may take a
closer look at the prisoners if you want to (#1), however this is not necessary. Once again,
you will be able to choose one of the few available paths. You could use the elevator, however
I would recommend heading out to the balcony. Turn right (#2) and start moving forward.
You can ignore some of the visible prisoners. They won’t try attacking you.

You should be able to locate a vertival pipe here (#1). You must use it in order to be able to
reach the upper level. You will also have to choose a horizontal pipe along the way, however
I’m sure that won’t be much of a problem. Once you’re there, ignore one of the guards (#2).
You shouldn’t kill him. Additionally, make sure that he doesn’t see you.

You should moving towards the right side of this balcony (#1). Next, you will have to jump
over the balustrade. Like I’ve said before, you can’t be seen by anyone. Ignore the guard. You
could knock him out, however this is not necessary. Head on to a small ladder (#2). You
must use it in order to reach the next level of the prison.

Hide somewhere near the ladder. You should be crouching in the shadows. Wait for one of
the nearby guards to get here. It would be best to neutralize him (#1). Make a few steps
forward. You will have to repeat this action (#2). There’s a second guard here and he’ll be
coming your way very soon. Knocking these guys unconscious won’t result in a mission
failure. Just make sure that you take them out the second they decide to move closer to
Fisher.

Now you will have to turn left. There’s only one major thing for you to do here. Locate a
broken glass (#1). That’s where you’ll need to go. Head on to a small platform. You should be
able to head on to a new pipe from here (#2). This will allow you to reach the highest level of
the prison. You will be informed that Jamie has been captured. You must save him.

Start moving forward. You don’t have to stay quiet in this area, because there aren’t any
other guards here. Head on to a small metal passageway (#1). You will have to use it in order
to get closer to Jamie’s position. You should be able to notice him very soon (#2). Start
heading his way. Make sure that you have saved the game.

Exit the prison building. You should be crouching here. Get closer to Jamie and the guard
(#1). You will have to neutralize this opponent (#2). Make sure that he doesn’t hear you
coming and you should be just fine. You won’t have to get rid of the body, because you won’t
encounter any other enemy units in this area of the map.

Listen to what Jamie has to say to you (#1). This is the final part of this mission, so you
won’t have to create any additional savegames. A news helicopter will appear in the vicinity
(#2). Jamies decides to use it to escape. Once the conversation is over, start running forward.
Use the stairs to get down to the lower level.

There’s a dark alley ahead of you (#1). That’s where you’ll need to go. You should come
across a single door. Open the door and use the ladder (#2) in order to get to the roof of this
building. Wait for the helicopter to show up. After that, this mission will come to an end.
Important! Just as before, you will have an opportunity to receive two new rewards. Just
make sure that you have completed both secondary objectives. The game will unlock an
Ultrasonic Emitter (one of the coolest tools of the game) and Wall Mine – Stun.

The first part of this mission is going to be very simple. You’ll just have to follow several JBA
members. Take your time and familiarize yourself with the whole base. It’s very important,
because you will spend a lot of time here. Your first objective will be to follow Jamie (#1). I’m
sure that you remember him from the previous mission of the game. You will come across
Moss in a few seconds (#2). Listen to what both of these guys have to say.

Follow Jamie to your new destination. You will find yourself inside one of the bedrooms (#1).
Once again, listen to what Jamie has to say to you. Wait for Moss to show up here. You will
have to accompany him to your first training area (#2). I would recommend that you save
your progress frequently. Additionally, make sure that you’re using several different slots to
store your savegames.

Once you’ve reached your destination, Moss will explain to you what has to be done here.
You will have to go through a rather challenging training course (#1). Your main objective will
be to reach and open one of the safes. Start off by moving towards a nearby entrance (#2).
Important! As you’ve probably noticed, a time meter has appeared on your screen. You will
have 25 minutes to complete the main part of the mission. Thankfully, you won’t have to
finish up with all given objectives. You will be able to skip some of the Profile and Secondary
missions. Nevertheless, you won’t be allowed to make too many mistakes. I would
recommend that you save your progress from time to time. You mustn’t reveal your position
while exploring restricted areas. If you’re fast enough, you should have about 5-9 minutes
left at the end of the mission (if you decided to take on all possible objectives).

Let’s proceed with the training course. Your first tack will be to avoid two laser traps. You will

have to duck in order to get past the first laser (#1). As for the second one, wait for the device
to shut off (#2). That’s when you need to make a move.

Once you’ve avoided the lasers, turn left and head on to the next corridor. You will find a
large gate here. Pick the lock (#1) in order to be able to reach the new section of the complex.
Keep moving forward. Turn right and use the ladder to get to the upper platform (#2). There
aren’t any traps here, so you might as well speed up a little.

Now you will have to move to your left (#1). Fisher should perform this action automatically,

so there’s nothing for you to worry about. Make a few steps forward and wait for a well know
icon to appear on your screen (#2). You will have to use the rope to reach the ground level.
Make sure that you’re pressing the SHIFT key to speed up this process. Save your game here!

Turn right. There’s a tight spot here. Make sure that you get close to it. Once again, Fisher
won’t have any problem getting through (#1). You may proceed to the next section. There’s a
small corridor ahead. You should be able to reach a new rope. Press the USE key and start
climbing upwards (#2). You will have to reach a small ledge. Save your game once again.

You will have to make a few steps forward. Get closer to a large gap. A well known icon
should appear on your screen (#1). Attach the rope. You will have to avoid several laser traps
along the way. As a result, make sure that you don’t perform any unnecessary jumps. Once
you’ve reached the ground level, you should be standing near an open door (#2). Otherwise it
would have meant that you touched one of the lasers.

You may proceed to the next corridor (#1). Once again, there are some laser traps waiting
here for you. Thankfully, it’s going to be much easier to avoid this trap. Wait for the laser to
start moving towards the exit door. Follow it. You will have to hide in a small hole (#2). Just
make sure that you’re not standing too close to the laser and you should be just fine.

Head on to the second laser trap. You will have to avoid similiar laser here. Avoid the first
gap and hide in the second one (#1). Now you will only have to wait for the laser to start
moving towards the place you have started in. Once you’ve dealt with the training course,
turn right and keep moving straight. You should be getting closer to the safe (#2). Make sure
that you have SAVED your current progress.

Start off by getting closer to the safe. A small icon should appear on your screen (#1). Press
the USE key. You will have to solve a simple riddle. The first thing to do here is to press and
hold the right movement key. Wait for the discs to start spinning. One of them will have to
lock in a correct position (#2). Wait for the green light to pop up.

Now you will have to change the direction. Press and hold the left movement key. Wait for the
second green light (#1). You must be careful here. The disk must be placed in an exact spot.
Finally, press the right movement key once again and wait for the third green light. Once
you’ve opened the safe, you will be allowed to go back to the main area of the terrorist base.
There’s a door here (#2). Open it. You will also find a ladder.

Open the hatch and get back to the central area of the JBA headquarters (#1). You’ve
probably noticed a shooting range and a garage along the way. You might as well ignore this
locations for the time being. Now we’ll focus on planting a bug on the roof antena. Turn right.
There’s a new ladder here (#2). You will have to use it. Save your game. There’s a lot of
sneaking around ahead of you.

Once you’ve reached the top balcony, wait for the workers to end their conversation (#1). Try
getting closer to them. Bear in mind that you won’t be allowed to choose a crouching stance
right away. Head to the right tunnel (#2). You should be able to find a new ladder here. Save
your game once again. It’s VERY important!

Leave the hole CAREFULLY. Turn around. You will have to be quick about it (#1). Start
moving forward. This area is being patrolled by two guards. You will have to start following
one of them. Just make sure that he doesn’t see you (#2). It would be wise to use some of the
nearby objects (mostly crates) for cover. Once you’re close to the gate, turn left and start
moving towards the large antenna.

You will have to start off by picking a lock (#1). Take your time, because none of the guards
will decide to check this area. Once you’ve opened the metal box, you will have to place a
bug. This will allow you to fullfill one of the primary mission objectives. Turn right and wait
for the guard to get past the gate (#2). I wouldn’t recommend leaving this area without
checking where he is.

Make sure that the guard is looking the other way. Start moving towards the gate (#1). You
will have to be quick about it. You will find a second hatch here. Open it quickly (#2) and use
the ladder to return to the lower level. You can’t stay here for too long. Otherwise you would
have been spotted. Return to the main area of the headquarters.

The last main objective of the mission will require you to place a trojan program on one of the
local servers. First of all, you will have to reach the main server room. Use the stairs to get to
the lower level (#1). Keep going straight. It would be wise to save your progress along the way.
One of the terrorists will be using a keypad here (#2). Wait for him to enter a restricted area
of the base.

Step up closer to the console. Before you decide to do anything in particular, make sure that
you use a nearby switch (#1). Thanks to that, you won’t have to worry abotu being seen by
other members of the JBA organization. Hack the console. You will have to solve a well
known mini-game. Once you’ve opened the door, get closer to a small crate. It should be
located in front of you (#2).

Once you’re standing on the crate, perform a single jump. This will allow you to grab a pipe
(#1). Start moving forward. You will have to pull your legs at some point. The objective here is
to avoid a security camera. STAY here for a few more seconds. Jamie will appear near the
door (#2). You will have to wait for this conversation to end. It’s very important that you
aren’t seen by any of the terrorists!

Make sure that the area is safe. Climb down and get close to the door. You will have to open
it (#1). Before you decide to enter this room, it’s best to save your current progress. Turn
right and press the switch. Now you will have to start moving towards nearby stairs (#2).
Make sure that you don’t lose too much time doing this. Once you’re there, turn right.

Keep going straight. There are two enemy workers ahead of you. The objective is to get past
them (#1). You will have to be extra careful here. Don’t make too much noise. There’s a
computer here, but ignore it for the time being. Instead, hide in a small locker (#2). This will
allow you to plan your next actions more carefully. You will have to wait for one of the
workers to leave this room.

Exit the locker and turn right. One of the workers will still be working here (#1). Make sure
that you’re standing in the shadows. You will have to wait for him to leave his computer. He
will go to turn on the lights, so you can’t stay here for too long. Step up closer to a file
cabinet (#2). You will have to acquire one of the necessary documents.

Get back to the locker QUICKLY. It’s very important, because otherwise you would have
probably been spotted. Wait for the worker to return to his computer. Exit the locker and use
the nearby console (#1). You will have to upload the trojan program. Now you must exit the
server room. I’d strongly recommend that you open a nearby hatch (#2). Enter a small
tunnel.

Keep moving forward. There’s only one path leading to your destination. You will have to use
the second hatch in order to exit the tunnel (#1). You will find yourself near the stairs. Head
on to the exit. I would recommend that you save your grame here. Open the door and wait for
the camera to turn right. Start RUNNING towards the left part of the room (#2). If you’re
lucky, you won’t be caught.

It would be best to try and take the remaining documents (Profile objectives). Get back to the
central area of the map. Use the stairs and turn left. You will have to locate the infirmary
(#1). Enter this room. Start off by listening to what Enrica has to say (#2). You will have to
wait for her to go to the next room. Save your current progress here!

I’d strongly recommend that you use a nearby light switch (#1). Thanks to that, you’ll be
quite safe in the infirmary. Get closer to the second door (Enrica is inside). You will have to
pick the lock in order to get through (#2). Before you decide to enter the new room, make
sure that you turn the lights back on. It’s important, because otherwise Enrica would
probably decide to leave her room.

Get closer to the entrance. As you’ve probably noticed, Enrica is sitting by the desk. You will
have to be crouching here (#1). Move slowly to a nearby file cabinet. You will have to acquire
a second document (#2). Once you’ve collected it, exit the room. There’s only one more thing
for you to do here. Turn left and go to the shooting range. I’m sure that you remember where
it is.

The shooting range is located near the training course. You shouldn’t have any problems
finding the entrance (#1). Ignore the sleeping guard, as you won’t even have to avoid him.
There’s a sniper rifle here. Use it (#2). It would also be wise to save your progress, however
this won’t be necessary. You’ve already completed all primary objectives, so there’s nothing
for you to worry about.

It’s time for a rather simple mini-game. As you’ve probably noticed, you have 30 bullets in
your clip. It should be more than enough. The objective here is to score 75 points. You will
receive 1-5 points for each hit, depending on how accurate the shot was. It’s best to aim at
the middle part of the object (#1). Additionally, make sure that you’re using the right mouse
button. Holding your breath will make your life a lot easier. Once you’ve gathered 75 points,
make sure that you read the displayed information (#2). You will have to go back to the
training course area. That’s where the final part of this mission will begin.

You shouldn’t have any major problems finding the training course area (#1). You will have to
go there now. Don’t worry. Moss will show up here in a few seconds. Don’t leave this area
until he arrives (#2). Now you will have to start following him. I’d strongly recommend that
you save your game, mostly because you will have to make an important choice.

Keep following Moss. You will have to go down the stairs and turn right. You will come across
a high security door (#1). Wait for Moss to open it. An interactive cut-scene will appear on
your screen (#2). Start off by listening to what other JBA members have to say.

You will regain a full control over Fisher’s actions in just a few seconds. You’ve got two
choices here. The best way to end this scenario would be to kill the pilot (#1). You could also
try and save him. Either way, this mission will come to an end (#2).
Bear in mind that this choice will affect both trust meters. They are visible in the lower left
part of the screen. Saving the pilot would result in losing trust with JBA. I wouldn’t
recommend doing that, because it’s harder to regain it. Additionally, you can’t afford losing
all of the trust, because this would be equal to an instant failure.
Completing star marked objectives will allow you to unlock three new objects: Gas Grenade,
EMP Device – Enhanced and Electronic Lockpick. The last tool is by far the most useful one.
Thanks to it, you won’t have to participate in the lockpicking mini-games anymore.

icon to appear on the screen (#2). Press the USE key. Sadly, you won’t be able to save your
progress here.

As you’ve probably noticed, Fisher won’t be able to open his main parachute. As a result, you
will have to help him to open the backup one. The objective here is to start pressing
movement keys (#1). You will also have to wait for the parachute icon to appear on the
screen. You must press the USE button quickly. If you’re lucky, Sam will be able to open his
parachute (#2) and you’ll land safely on the ground. Save your game here, as there are some
challenging sections of the map ahead.

The first objective of this mission will be to retrieve some of your main equipment. You lost it
during the emergency landing. Try making a few steps forward. An enemy gunship will
appear on the map. You’ve probably noticed that two enemy soldiers have arrived in this area
(#1). We’ll have to take care of this problem. Try getting closer to the landing site (#2). One of
the guards will start coming your way. We’ll take care of him in a few seconds, so get ready.

Wait for the guard to get past you. Start following him (#1). Don’t stun him too quickly.
Otherwise his colleague would have raised the alarm. Once you’ve neutralized the guard,
make sure that the second opponent is still patrolling the crash site (#2). We’ll try getting
closer to him. Choose a small passageway that’s located on your left.

You should be able to get closer to the second guard without any major problems. Try

approaching him from the left side (#1). It’s best to knock nim unconscious. You don’t have
to kill him. Additionally, make sure you don’t make too much noise or he’ll notice you
coming. Once you’ve dealt with this problem, pick up the rest of your equipment (#2). There
are four objects for you to take (mostly gun attachments).

Step up to the end of this ledge and perform a single jump (#1). This is the only way to reach
the next section of the map. Once you’re under water, start swimming forward. You will have
to locate a small underwater tunnel (#2). This will allow you to get closer to the main camp.

Try getting closer to the ice. You will have to locate a thin spot. You should remember this
segment from the first mission of the game (#1). There’s a single enemy unit standing here. It

would be best to kill this guy. You will have to perform a stealth kill. I’m sure that you still
remember what has to be done here. Exit the water. You will have to use the same hole. Turn
right and start moving forward. Once again, you will have to go underwater here (#2). There
are two other holes that need to be opened.

Start swimming forward. Stick close to the shore that’s located on your left. You should be
able to reach the second thin spot very soon. There’s a new guard here for you to kill (#1).
Sadly, saving this guy would require you to distract his attention. There’s only one weak spot
to go. It’ll be located in front of you (#2).
Important! Creating the last hole will probably alarm one of the nearby guards. He will
arrive here in a few seconds. Make sure that he doesn’t see you. Thankfully, you won’t have
to worry about failing your secondary objectives. The guard should eventually return to his
original post.

Remember to use available maps from time to time. The 3D map will help you to locate
current mission objectives. Realtime area map, on the other hand, should be used to locate

enemy camp. It would be best to explore this entire area (#1). Alternatively, you could use
your 3D map right away. You would want to locate the detonator (#2).

There are several guards patrolling this entire area. It would be best if you had knocked out
most of them (#1). You shouldn’t have any problems with that. Additionally, you could
sabotage one of the generators (#2). This would shut off all of the nearby lights, allowing you
to move more freely around the camp.

There’s also a single laptop in this area. It contains several e-mails (#1). They aren’t
important, however you might want to read them. There’s also an ammunition here (#2). You
will find it near the generator. I would also recommend that you save your game from time to

time. There’s always a chance that you have missed someone. It would be a sad thing to lose
the game because of this.

Take your time and explore the entire area. Knock out the remaining enemy units (#1). Use
your personal map to locate them. Once the camp has been secured, head on to the
detonator (#2). You will have to solve a simple mini-game here (you should remember it from
the previous missions of the game). This will allow you to detonate the charges.

Use your 3D map once again. You will have to find the exit area (#1). It’s located near the
water. You must locate a blue dot on the map. Once you’re there, perform a single jump (#2).
Wait for the game to load the second (and much more difficult) part of this mission.

Mission 4.2 [Sea of Okhotsk]


COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:
You start off in the water (#1). The first main objective will be to reach a large iceberg that
surrounds the entire ship. Keep heading towards the surface. I would recommend that you
turn on your heat vision. Make sure that there’s only one guard standing here. He can’t be
seen by anyone else. Perform a stealth kill. Repeat this action with the second guard (#2). He
should arrive here shortly, so you won’t have to wait for him for too long. You may exit the
water, as there aren’t any new soldiers in the vicinity.

Turn right. You’ve probably noticed by now that one of the soldiers is using a pontoon. You
will have to start swimming towards him. Make sure that you’re not spotted. Once you’re
close enough to the pontoon, press the USE key. This will activate a stealth kill (#1). You may
proceed to the main boat. There’s a small platform here (#2). You will have to reach it. Before
you decide to move on any further, listen to what your colleagues from JBA have to say.

You will have to use a nearby console. Press the button (#1). This will lower a larger pontoon.

Make sure that you’re standing on it. Press the USE key once again. This will allow you to
reach the main deck of the ship (#2). This would be a good moment to save the game. There
are some very challenging fights ahead of you, so it’s best that you’ve secure your entire
progress.

Wait for the new objectives to pop up. You will have to neutralize a large number of enemy
units. There are a lot of soldiers in this area. Thankfully, you’ll be able to kill most of them. I
would recommend that you use your main weapon (rifle) during these fights. Start off by
using nearby crates for cover (#1). Wait for the guards to end their conversation. Position
yourself correctly (you may consider standing up) and kill the first soldier. He’s occupying the
upper level of the ship (#2).
Important! It’s best to have your personal map on the screen at all times. Also, it would be
wise to make necessary stops. This will refresh the image on the minimap.

Start moving forward. Additionally, make sure that you’re using the higher balcony for cover.

There’s a second guard there (#1). You might want to consider taking him out right away.
This will allow you to move more freely. I would also recommend that you activate the heat
vision from time to time, especially since the visibility is quite poor. Keep going straight.
There are at least 3-5 soldiers here. You should be able to knock out most of them. It’s very
easy to spot their routes. Thankfully, you won’t have to hide their bodies. Additionally, kill a
single soldier that will appear on the central platform (#2). You can use your heat vision here,
so you won’t miss him.

The next soldier will be standing on your right. That’s where you’ll need to go. There are more
soldiers here and it’s up to you to take care of them. Remember to use your map, so none of
them surprises you from behind. (#1). You should also know that a few more soldiers may
arrive here later during this mission (#2). You might consider taking them out as well.

Remember to stun enemies instead of killing them (if possible...). You should be able to

secure the main part of the deck without any major problems. The only exception are the
nearby balconies. Make sure that you won’t skip anyone along the way. You could also use a
console to distract some of the enemy soldiers, however this won’t be necessary. One of the
guards will be patrolling the highest balcony that’s located on your right (#2). I would
recommend killing him, especially since he could spot you and raise the alarm.

Now you will have to locate a ladder that’s located near the bridge of the ship (#1). It will be
located on the right side of the ship, so you won’t have to spend a lot of time looking for it.
Use the ladder to reach an upper level. Wait here for a few seconds and listen to what JBA
members have to say. Head on to the second ladder (#2). Once you’re there, turn left.

There’s a single enemy guard here. It would be best to suprise him from the left side (#1).

should be able to knock him unconscious. Leave his body behind.

You may proceed to the big antenna (#1). You will have to use the ladder in order to reach it.
Use your electronical tool or pick the lock. Either way, you will have to open the console.
Next, you must hack into the system (#2). Start off by choosing Call Lambert feature. This
will allow you to fullfill one of the primary objectives of this mission. Use the computer once
again, however this time click on the Antenna Power option (one of the secondary objectives).
You may go back to the lower level.

Now you will have to take care of the last group of enemy soldiers. All of them are staying in
the bridge. Thankfully, you won’t have to neutralize them yourself. We’ll find some other way.

There’s a small ladder on your right (#1). Use it. You will come across a hatch. Open it and
use your rope to reach the ground level of this structure (#2). You should be able to find a
small tunnel here. Enter it.

You will have to get closer to one of the working fans. A small icon should appear on your
screen. It means that you will be able to use a gas grenade (#1). Thanks to that, you will get
rid of the enemies. You won’t have to go back to the top. Instead, activate your nightvision
goggles (#2). Turn left. There should be a small ledge ahead of you. Climb up. After that,
enter the ventilation shaft.

You will probably hear some noises along the way (#1). Ignore them... it’s just how the gas
grenade reacted. ;-) You might want to consider taking a look at what happened there (#2).

mostly because he will try to blow up the entire ship. You will have to prevent this from
happening. Save your game.

Make a few steps forward and turn left. There should be a pipe here (#1). Use it to go back to
one of the lower levels. As you’ve probably noticed, more enemy units have appeared in this
area. Furthermore, a large container has been moved (#2). This means that you’ll be able to
explore a new area of the ship. Reach the main deck. Now you will have to go back to the
place where all of this has started (near the large pontoon).

You will have to use one of the nearby objects for cover. Wait for one of the enemy soldiers to
show up (#1). I’d personally recommend that you kill him from a larger distance (#2).
Additionally, make sure that a nearby sniper won’t notice his body. You will have to avoid
this opponent. He is standing on a top of a large tower. Save your game here.

Turn right and start moving forward. You should be able to hide here. There’s a large tank
ahead of you, so you should be quite safe (#1). Use the knife a couple of times. Make sure
that you’re not moving too fast. Thankfully, you won’t encounter any other enemies here.

You should be able to reach the stairs. Wait for the guy in the observation tower to turn
around. Start moving upwards (#1). Once you’re there, keep moving forward. There’s a
second enemy soldier on your right. I’d also recommend killing him from here (#2). You
shouldn’t have any problems aiming at his head. Thankfully, you won’t have to his body,
because no one’s looking this way.

It’s time to take down the sniper (this is optional). First of all, you will have to locate a ladder.
Use it to reach the top of the tower. Start moving towards the sniper. You will have to be very
careful, so he doesn’t see or hear you coming. Knock him unconscious. You may go back to
the lower level. Go back to the second killed soldier. You will find a large hatch near his body
(#2). SAVE your game once again. Use the ladder.

Once you’re in a new tunnel, activat your nightvision goggles (#1). Start moving forward. You
will have open a door. It should be located on your left. I’d strongly recommend that you keep
quiet, because there’s an enemy guard on the lower level. Get closer to the stairs, however
don’t go there just yet. Choose a pistol from your inventory. Use the EMP pulse feature to get

rid of the nearby light (#2). This will allow you to move much more freely.

Use the stairs to reach the lower platform. You will have to locate and knock out your
opponent (#1). It’s very important that you save your game here. Head on to the next door
(#2). You will reach a room that’s being guarded by two new soldiers. As a result, you must
be very careful.

Once you’ve entered the room, turn right and start moving forward (#1). Make a stop at about
half way through. Now you should try to lure your opponents here. You can either whistle or
use one of the carried tools. The most important thing is that you take care of this problem.
You could knock them out, however I’d recommend using the pistol or the rifle. Additionally,

make sure that the alarm isn’t raised. Once you’ve secured this room, you will have to locate
a new door (#2). There aren’t any other enemy units here, so you might as well start running.

You should be able to reach a large container. First of all, you must locate a console. Press
the button (#1). This will stop a large fan that is located underneath you. Jump over the
balustrade. Perform a second jump, so you’ll end up in the water (#2). Just make sure that
you don’t hit the large gan. Save your game before proceeding any further.

You will have to locate a small underwater tunnel (#1). Choose it. It’ll lead you to a new
container. The captain is hiding here. He CAN’T see you coming. Once you’ve reached the
surface, locate a small round platform (#2). Leave the water.
Important! It’s very important that you’re not seen by the captain, because that would be

You will have to wait for a right moment to make a move. The first thing to do here is to grab
a metal platform (#1). Wait for the captain to appear in this area. Now you will have to wait
for him to turn around. Climb over the balustrade (#2). You will have to do this very quickly.

Start moving towards the captain (#1). You can’t let him hear your movements. The next
thing to do here is to GRAB him. You will have to press the USE key in order to do that (#2).
You CAN’T knock him out as most of your opponents.

This is VERY important, because captain was carrying a flare. Killing or stunning him would
result in a huge explosion. Once you’ve grabbed the captain, you will have to kill him (#1).
Press the left mouse button. There’s only one more thing to do here. You will have to proceed
to the extraction zone. Start off by choosing a nearby ladder (#2). Once you’re at the top,
open a small hatch.

Head on to the landing zone (#1). I’m sure that you have noticed it earlier, so you should now
exactly where do you need to go. The area is secured, so you don’t have to worry about being
shot. Wait for an allied gunship to arrive (#2). After that, this mission is going to end.
Like always, you will be rewarded for finishing star marked objectives. This time you will

This is a very simple mini-game. I’m sure that you won’t have any problems finishing it. The
objective here is to use both movement keys (#1). This will allow you to save the helicopter
from crashing down. Wait for the new cut-scene to appear on your screen. As a result, you
will land safely on the roof of the highest building (#2). It’s time for the main part of this
mission to begin.

I would recommend that you use your nightvision goggles during this mission. Otherwise you
would have some problems spotting most of the soldiers. Start off by moving forward (#1).
You will have to climb up to the upper platform (#2). Jump over the balustrade. You won’t
have to worry about the guards. They will be having a longer conversation. As a result, you
will have plenty of time to organize your movements.

You will have to use a nearby ladder (#1). This will allow you to reach the roof of this
building. Like I’ve said before, you won’t have to worry about the guards. Just make sure
that you don’t stay here for too long. Now you will have to wait for one of the guards to start
moving towards the left side of the screen. Use the rope to slide down to a second building.
I’d strongly recommend that you save your progress here. You will have to climb up to the
upper platform (#2). You shouldn’t be making too much noise here.

Climb down and use the wooden planks (#1). This will allow you to reach one of the
containers. It would be best to stay here for a while. Take a look at the guards (#2). You will
have to memorize their routes. You won’t be able to perform any jumps here. Instead, grab
the edge of the container and wait for the right moment to make a move.

You will have to wait for the guards to leave this area. It shouldn’t be much of a problem. You
just have to be patient. Climb down and start moving forward (#1). As you’ve probably
suspected, you will have to reach a small staircase (#2). Head on to the higher part of the
roof. Additionally, you shouldn’t be moving too fast, because one of the guards could hear
you coming.

I would recommend that you save your current progress here. You will find yourself near a
large crane. Start off by opening a metal box (#1) that’s going to be located on your left. Next,
you will have to activate the console. The objective here is to hack into the system. Just as
before, you must to solve a well known mini-game, however you will have less time to find a
correct combination. Thankfully, finishing this level will allow you to unlock an upgraded
version of the hacking tool. Once you’re in the system, turn off the lights. One of the guards
will probably come here to investigate (#2). He should be standing on the stairs, so you might
as well ignore him.

The enemy I was telling you about will probably use a flashlight, however you won’t have to
hide. Use a nearby ladder (#1). You shouldn’t have any problems finding it. Make sure that
you have reached the top of this structure. Start moving forward. Thankfully, the game will
try to assist you in reaching the opposite end of this walkway. You will have to make a stop
here. Wait for the icon to appear on your screen (#2).

Attach the rope to the top of the structure. You will have to start sliding down. The objective
will be to reach a small ledge. We’ll plan our next movements from here. Start off by moving
towards the left side of the screen (#1). You will have to climb down at some point, however
that shouldn’t stop you (#2). Keep moving left. You should be able to reach a small pipe. Use
it to get down to the lower level. Keep saving your game from time to time.

allowed to make any mistakes. You should be able to reach a large window. Save your game

Start moving towards the right side of the screen. Once you’ve gone past the barricade, climb
down (#1). You couldn’t stay in this position for too long. Keep heading towards your current

You will have to perform a very similiar action here. Thankfully, it’s going to be much more
easier to avoid the second civilian. All you have to do is to what for him to pass out (#1).
Climb up and move to your right. You should be able to reach the opposite end of the
building. Wait for the rope icon to appear (#2). SAVE your game! It’s VERY important!!

You will have to perform your next actions very quickly. Start off by sliding down (#1). Make
sure that you’re using the SHIFT key to speed up this process. You will have to get closer to
the meeting area. Once you’ve reached your destination, open the inventory window. You will
have to choose the microphone (#2). Press the USE key. This will allow you to record the
whole conversation. You have to do this quickly. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to fullfill
this particular mission objective.

Don’t worry about Moss (#1). He will be standing by one of the windows, however you’ll be
quite safe here. Wait for the conversation to end. Hide your microphone. As you’ve probably
noticed, an enemy gunship is heading this way. You CAN’T be seen here. Start sliding down
(#2). You should also save your game.

Once you’ve reached the lower level, head on to the left side of the screen (#1). It’s very
important that you keep moving. You can’t make any unnecessary stops here. Once you’ve
reached a large window, you will have to climb down (#2). Move to your left. You will be safe
here. Wait for a few seconds.

You will have to wait for one of the guards to open to window. It would be wise to perform a
stealth kill here (#1). You should be able to grab him without any major problems. You could
also wait here, however you would have some serious problems avoiding him. Either way,
climb up to the new room. Start off by heading on to the next one (#2). Open the door
carefully. There’s a second guard there. You will have to make sure that he’s not looking this
way.

Exit the room and turn right (#1). You should be able to locate a light switch. Get close to it.
You’ve got two options here. You can either turn off the lights or sabotage the fuse box (you
would have to use your knife). Be careful, though. The guard is carrying a flashlight and he is
definately going to use it. You will have to get past him. Enter the next room. There are some
washing machines on your left. Get closer to these objects (#2).

You should be able to locate a new passageway here (#2). Head on to a small tunnel. Make
sure that you’re not caught, however turning off the lights helped you out. You will reach a
ladder in just a few seconds (#2). Use it to get to the upper level. After that, enter the
ventilation shaft. You will be able to reach one of the hotel rooms. You will have to take care
of a few things here.

I would recommend that you turn off the lights (#1). Open the door and activate your
nightvision goggles. Head on to a small room that’s going to be located on your right. You will
come across a single terrorist here. Knock him unconscious. After that, use his computer
(#2). You will have to hack into the system (solve the mini-game). This will allow you to shut
off several important security cameras. Save your current progress here. You could consider
picking up Sticky Cameras. You will find them on the table.

You will have to go back to the main room of this apartment (#1). Make sure that you’re
standing in the shadows. You will have to wait for the second guard to get here. Try moving
closer. I would recommend that you neutralize this threat. Additionally, it would be wise to
hide his body. There’s a small corridor ahead of you (#2). That’s where you’ll need to go.
Make sure that you have saved your game along the way.

Stick close to the left wall. You should be able to locate Emile and the rest of his gang very
soon. Wait for Emile to start moving (#1). He will be standing on your left. Emile will turn off
the light. Follow him (he is going to his colleagues). You will come across a new safe here
(#2). I’m sure that you now exactly what has to be done. Solve the riddle in order to be able to
open the safe. Bear in mind that you can’t stay here for too long.

Once you’ve completed the mini-game, open the safe and collect a sample of Red Mercury
(#1). You could also pick-up some extra ammunition, however I’m sure that you won’t need
it. Close the safe (just to be sure that no one gets suspicious). Head on to a small room that’s
located on your left (#2). You will find yourself inside a bathroom.

As you’ve probably noticed, there’s a hole in the roof. You will have to climb up there (#1).
Keep moving forward. You won’t have to be stealthy here, as there aren’t any other enemy
units in the vicinity. You will have to enter a small ventilation shaft along the way. Keep
moving towards your next destination. You should be able to reach a small server room (#2).
Save your game here before you decide to exit the shaft.

use the computer, especially since of the guards will arrive here in a short while. You won’t
have to worry about him too much. Just make sure that you use a nearby ladder (#2). Climb

You will find yourself on a top of a small platform. The first thing to do here is to make a few
steps forward. You will have to attach the rope (#1). Use it to get to the lower platform (#2).
You might want to take a closer look at the building. Turn left and keep moving forward. I’d
strongly recommend that you save your progress here.

You will have to wait for one of the elevators to show up (#1). Make sure that you’re standing
on it. Wait for a few seconds. The elevator should go back to the lower platform. Wait for it to
get there (#2). After that, move to the right side of the screen. You will a new metal platform
here.

You shouldn’t have any problems reaching this platform. Keep going straight. You will have
to repeat most of these actions in a short while (#1). The objective will be to reach a lower
platform. Make a few steps forward (#2). It’s very important that you save the game. There
are a lot of difficult stunts ahead, so it’s easy to make a mistake.

As you’ve probably noticed, one of the guards will be patrolling this area. You could take care
of him right away (#1). This would make the final part of this mission a lot easier. Sadly, it’s
going to be difficult to avoid the alarm being raised. There aren’t any darker corridors here
and you would have to hide his body. There’s also a camera in this area. You would have to
avoid being seen by it. The choice is yours. Once you’ve dealt with this problem, turn left.
You will find a narrow passageway here (#2). You must use it.

Important! Make sure that you’re not moving too quickly. There are several searchlights
here. You will HAVE TO avoid them at all costs. There’s also a second guard ahead of you. He
is guarding the entrance to the apartment. Make your way to the main part of the balcony.
After that, take care of the guard (#1). Knocking him out seems like a good idea. Thankfully,
you won’t have to hide his body. Head on to the apartment (#2). SAVE your game here!!

There are FOUR enemy guards in the apartment. It would be best to neutralize them. Start
off by heading on to the room that’s located on your left (#1). Now you will have to locate two
of the remaining guards (#2). They can be found near the second large room. If you’re lucky,
you shouldn’t have any problems knocking these guys out, however you can’t make any
mistakes here.

If you’re not feeling too comfortable about this, you could also use some of the carried Sticky
Shockers or Airfoil Rounds. I would recommend that you save at least 2 shockers for later.
You’re probably going to need them. Once the area has been secured, head on to the left
room. You will find a safe here (#1). As you’ve probably suspected, you will have to solve a
well known mini-game to open it (#2). Take the necessary files from the safe. SAVE THE
GAME!!

The final part of this mission is going to be VERY difficult. One of the most important
objectives will require you to kill dr. Aswat. Sadly, you won’t be able to stay here for too long,
because your colleagues from the JBA organization will arrive here very soon. Make sure that
you have the notes with you. Exit the apartment (#1). Choose the rifle from your inventory. I
would also recommend that you arm it with Sticky Shockers. Turn right and start moving
forward (#2).

Try getting closer to the elevators. If you didn’t kill or neutralize the guard before, you will
have to deal with this problem right now (#1). Wait for him to move back. After that,
neutralize him with the Sticky Shocker. Lean out CAREFULLY. Try aiming at the bodyguard
(#2). You will have to use the shocker to eliminate him.

Move closer to the central part of the room. You will have to be quick about it. Kill Dr. Aswat
(#1). I’d strongly recommend that you should be aiming at his head. If you’re lucky, you
should avoid the alarm being raised. Stand up and start running towards the apartment (#2).

Once you’re inside, head on to the room that’s located on your right. You will have to wait for
the allied gunship to destroy the window (#1). Grab the rope (#2) and start moving towards it.
After that, this mission will come to an end.
Fullfilling secondary objectives will allow you to unlock Hacking Device – Software Upgrade
and Smoke Grenade – Attachment.

We’ll start off with a short cut-scene (#1). Fisher will have an unique opportunity to talk with
Lambert. I’m sure that you remember him from the previous „Splinter Cell” games. Get ready.
You will regain a full control over Fisher’s actions in a few seconds (#2).

Start off by moving forward. Sadly, you won’t be able to use nightvision goggles during this

mission. Step up to a small container (#1). Climb up in order to get past the fence. You will
find yourself near the garage. You will have to be very stealthy here. There are some terrorists
here. Make sure that you avoid them. Turn right (#2) and enter the garage area.

Keep moving forward (#1). You should be able to remember this place from one of the
previous missions of the game. Enrica will show up here in a few seconds (#2). You will have
to listen to what she has to say.
Important! Just as before, a time meter will appear on your screen. You will have 25
minutes to fullfill all primary objectives. I seriously doubt that you’ll be able to finish
secondary missions as well. There’s just too many of them. As a result, I’d strongly
recommend that you focus on finishing Primary and Profiles objectives. You will also be able
to take care of a body of a dead pilot. I’ve managed to do these things in about 18-20
minutes. You could spend the rest of the time, trying to get past the shooting range or the
training course, however this won’t be necessary. These missions are also going to be very
boring. They are very similiar to the ones from the previous JBA mission. The only main
difference is that they’re going to be a little more complicated. For example, you will have to
score more points at the shooting range. The choise is yours. The most important thing is
that you don’t forget about the main objectives of this mission. Otherwise you wouldn’t be
able to proceed to the next level of the campaign mode.

Your first task is going to be very simple. You will have to follow Enrica (#1). Forget about the
rest of the objectives. You should be able to reach your destination very soon. This is where
you will have to assemble several bombs (#2). Listen to what Enrica has to say. Additionally,
you will be given 25 minutes to complete the entire mission. SAVE your game. You won’t be
allowed to make any major mistakes here, because this would result in losing a lot of time.

We’ll start with one of the Profile objectives. You will have to acquire voice samples of five
JBA members. Position yourself by the machine (#1). You will have to wait for Enrica to open
a door and reach the staircase. Emile will show up very soon (#2). You will have to use a
microphone in order to record their voices. Additionally, make sure that you’re aiming at a
correct character. This will help to speed up the process.

There are two other JBA members for you to find. Start off by going back to the main area of
the JBA headquarters (#1). Head on to the upper level. Turn right. You will have to reach a
large staircase. That’s where the first JBA level has started. Use the stairs to get to the upper
level. You should notice that a single worker is standing here (#2). Go back to the main area
of the headquarters.

Now you will have to wait for Jamie to show up here (#1). It’ll take about a minute. Don’t
worry, you’ll have plenty of time to take care of the rest of the given objectives. Follow Jamie
to the staircase. You will have to be standing in a darker spot (#2). Record his voice. As
you’ve probably noticed, you will have to wait for the second part of the conversation to
begin. Once you’ve recorded his voice, save your game and go back to the lower level.

The next guy on your list is Moss. He should arrive here in a few seconds. Follow him to the
lower level (#1). After that, choose the microphone from your inventory. You will have to be
quick about it. Moss is looking for one of the guards. He will talk on the radio. It’s your only
chance to record his voice (#2). Once this is done, HIDE the microphone. It’s very important
that he doesn’t see you with this object in your hand.

It’s time to proceed with the first main mission objective. You will have to return to the bomb
room. That’s where you’ll find a large machine. Step up to the console (#1). MAKE SURE that
you have saved your game. It’s important, because you’ll probably make a lot of mistakes
before you figure out how this stuff works. You will have to participate in a brand new mini-
game. The goal is to place an object in a correct spot (#2). You will have to remember about a
few important things:
1) Use the mouse to adjust the speed. You can’t be doing this operation too quickly. Don’t
worry about the time limit.
2) Take a closer look at the cross-hair. You will have to make sure that it stays near the
green area.
3) Use the movement keys. This will allow you to adjust the machine. You could also try
holding your breath, however it won’t be necessary.

Take your time to practice using the device (#1). Additionally, each time you successfully
assemble the mine, you should exit the mini-game and create a quicksave. This will allow
you to save a lot of time. You will have to assemble 10 mines in order to fullfill this mission
objective. Once this is the done, exit the mini-game screen and return to the main area of the
base. Use the stairs and turn left. You will have to enter the infirmary (#2).

You should have about 18 minutes left. It’s plenty of time to deal with one of the secondary
objectives. You will find a dead pilot here. Pick up his body (#1). You will have to carry it to
the furnace that’s located in the basement. You’ve got two choices here. You can either head
on to a nearby ladder and drop his body or carry it to your destination. I would recommend
that you choose the second option. You will have to use the stairs to get to the lower level.
After that, turn right.

Keep moving forward. You should be able to enter a new room very soon. Turn right once
again. You should notice a small staircase (#1). It’s going to be located on your right. Use the
stairs. Turn right. You will have to leave the body near the stairs (#2). Wait for a correct icon
to appear on the screen. After that, go back to the main area of the HQ. I’d strongly
recommend that you use the ladder, so you won’t lose too much time here. You can ignore
the rest of the secondary objectives (shooting range & training course). Return to the bomb
room.

You will have to use a nearby console (#1). If you have managed to record some of the voices
(I assume that you’ve already taken care of this problem), you will be able to open the door.
Use the stairs to reach the higher platform. I would recommend that you choose a corridor
that should be located on your left. This will allow you to collect some important documents.
Bear in mind, however, that there’s a security camera here. You will have to grab a pipe in
order to avoid it (#2).

You will have to press the use key once again. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to get past the
camera. Start moving forward (#1). Make sure that you’re in a safe spot before you decide to
climb down. Turn left. You will come across a door. Open the door (#2). I’d strongly
recommend that you save your current progress here.

You will have to keep quiet here. Make sure that you’re not moving too fast. Otherwise Enrica
would probably hear you coming. Turn right. There’s a tight spot between the tables (#1). You
will have to get there. There’s a file cabinet on your left. Acquire the necessary documents
(#2).
Important! Enrica should be sitting by the table, however she may decide to leave her post
for a few seconds. You will have to be ready for that. Go back using the same path as before.
Additionally, make sure that you have closed the door to her lab.

You will have to use the pipe once again (#1). You will have to be very careful here. Make sure
that you aren’t spotted by the camera. There’s a single door in front of you. Open it and use
the stairs to reach the upper level of the compound. Once you’re there, I’d strongly
recommend that you flip the switch (#2). This will allow you to open the second door without
having to worry about enemy guards. Save your game here.

You will reach a new section of the headquarters. This area is being guarded by two enemy
soldiers. One of them is sleeping, so you won’t have to about him too much. Start off by going
to your right. You will have to use the switch (#1). Head on to the main part of the corridor.
The sleeping guard is sitting here, so you will have to keep quiet. Position yourself near a
large box (#2). You will have to wait for the second guard to show up. He will be heading
towards the light switch. This means you will only have a few seconds to reach your next
destination.

Wait for the guard to move past your position. Start moving forward. You’ve probably noticed
a pool room along the way. You might as well ignore it. Turn left. You should be able to find a
locked door here (#1). As you’ve probably suspected, you will have to use one of your tools to
open it. Enter the new room. Additionally, make sure that the light has been turned off. Head
on to the second room. One of the terrorists is sleeping here. You will have to use the
microphone (#2) in order to be able to record his voice.
Important! You can’t make too much noise here. Otherwise the terrorist will probably wake
up!!

Don’t leave this area just yet. There are two drawers here. They are located near the beds
(#1). You will have to open them. Each of the drawers contains an important document. Once
you’ve acquired these objects, go back to the main door. As you’ve probably noticed, one of
the guards has returned to his post. He is sitting on the sofa, so it would be very difficult to
get past him. You will have to wait for him to return to previously explored corridor (#2).
Additionally, you should know that Jamie’s heading this way. You can’t stay here for too
long. Otherwise you would have been spotted.

You will have to explore a new part of the corridor. It’s located on your left. You will come
across a second locked door (#1). Open it and enter the room. Start off by opening one of the
nearby drawers (#2). You will find a document here. Turn left and open a second door. This
will allow you to enter the bathroom.

You should be able to notice an open window (#1). You will have to use it to reach the
courtyard. Once you’re there, start running forward. There aren’t any guards in this area, so
you won’t have to worry about making too much noise. Locate a small crate that’s going to be
located on your right (#2). Climb up and use the pipe. This will allow you to reach a large
balcony.

Once you’re at the top, start moving towards the right edge of the screen. You will have to
jump over a balustrade (#1). Thanks to that, you will be able to reach a balcony. Turn left
and open the door. You’ve probably noticed a safe, however DON’T get too close to it just yet,
because this would trigger a new scene. Instead, choose a door that’s located on your left.
You will find a document in the bedroom. The last file is right here, near the large clock (#2).
Make sure that you have collected all of these objects.

The next important thing to do here is to use the computer. You will have to approach it from
the right side. Hack into the system (#1). This will allow you to acquire a combination – 1337.
You’ll use it during the next JBA HQ mission. It would also be wise to save your progress
here. Step up to the safe. You’ll notice that some of the terrorists are heading this way. This
means that you will have to hide. A nearby locker seems like a good idea (#2). Just make
sure that you do this quickly.

You won’t be able to do anything else here. You will have to wait for Emile and his colleague
to end their conversation. Take your time and observe what’s happening in the room (#1).
Emile will finally use a nearby chair. That’s when you’ll be able to leave the locker. Move up
closer to the safe (#2). I’m sure that you know exactly what has to be done here. Solve the
mini-game in order to be able to take a look at what’s in the safe.

Once you’ve solved the riddle, open the safe and perform a second action. You will have to
make a copy of the plans (#1). Once this is done, close the safe and move towards the large
chair. It’s very important because Emile will stand up (#2). He will then start moving towards
the bedroom area. If you’re hiding behind his computer, you should be just fine.

This is the last part of this mission. You should have about 5-6 minutes left on your timer.
You might want to consider taking on some of the secondary objectives, however this won’t
be necessary. If you want to proceed with the next mission, you will have to go back to the
balcony. Climb down and go back to Enrica’s bathroom. Make sure that you climb up
properly (#1). Thankfully, you won’t have to worry about being seen by anyone. Once you’re
in the bathroom, head on to the second room. This will trigger a final cut-scene (#2).
Finishing all of the star marked assignments will allow you to unlock two new objects: Sonic
Grenade – Attachment and Hacking Device – Force Hack Upgrade. The second upgrade will
allow you to skip hacking mini-games. This is going to be happening automatically from now
on.

Start off by making a few steps forward. You should be able to find a couple of interesting
upgrades here (#1). Make sure that you take all of them. You won’t have to do anything
about the guards. They won’t barge into your room. Head on to the balcony and jump over
the balustrade (#2). Start moving towards the right edge of the screen.

There’s a large pipe here. You will have to get to it. Keep climbing upwards (#1). You should
be able to reach a new ledge very soon. Once again, you will be moving to your right (#2). One
of the security officers is occupying the balcony. You will have to avoid him for the time
being. Just make sure that he doesn’t see you.

area and hide by a large object that should be located in front of you. Save the game!!

You will have to wait for Enrica to hack into the computer system of the casino. As a result,
some of the nearby slot machines will be activated (#1). This will distract the guards, allowing
you to make a move. Don’t leave this area just yet. One of the guards is heading this way
(#2). You will have to wait for him to turn right before you decide to move on any further.

Your main goal here will be to reach an opposite end of the casino, because that’s where a
small security room is located. Turn left and start moving forward (#1). Head on to the
central area of the casino (on your right). You should be able to reach a small table (#2). This
object will provide a great cover, so it would be best to make a stop here. Save the game!

As you’ve probably noticed, this area is being patrolled by a single guard. You will have to
wait for him to turn around. Start moving towards a small room (#1). You shouldn’t have any
problems locating it. There are a few things that you will have to take care of. Choose the
pistol from your inventory. You will have to use your EMP pulse in order to disable the
security camera. You should also get rid of the light (#2). Destroying it seems like a good
idea, especially since you won’t be leaving this area anytime soon. I would recommend that
you hide in a nearby locker, especially if you decided to destroy the light.

You will have to wait for this entire situation to calm down. Exit the locker. Thankfully, you
won’t have to worry about the camera, because it’s totally dark in here. Activate the
nightvision goggles. Let’s look around a little, shall we? You may consider opening the safe.
There are a few grenades in it. Turn around and open a ventilation crate. You will have to
press a grenade icon (#2). Thanks to this, you will be able to fullfill one of the primary NSA
objectives.

You will have to leave the casino area, however this will be very tricky. You can play this out
using various approach methods. I would recommend that you hack into a nearby computer
panel (#1). This will allow you to shut off the rest of the lights. Next, you would have to leave
this room IMMEDIATELY, because all of the nearby guards would show up here. If you don’t
have enough time to escape, you can also hide in the locker (#2), however this wouldn’t do
you much good.

If you don’t want to use the panel, you could try distracting some of the nearby guards. Lean
out carefully. Use your pistol. I would recommend that you aim at one of the casino
machines. Use the EMP pulse in order to activate it (#1). This will allow you to get past the
guards. Turn left. You shouldn’t have any problems locating a large door. I have to warn you,
though. You would have to leave this area very quickly. Alternatively you could start
neutralizing the guards (#2). There are four of them in the casino area, so it shouldn’t be
much of a problem, especially since you could use the tables for cover. The choice is yours.

The main objective here is to leave the casino area. You will have to open a locked door (#1). I
assume that you’re using an upgraded lockpicking tool, so it shouldn’t be much of a
problem. You will find yourself near a large staircase (#2). Save your game here! It’s very
important.

You will have to start moving towards the upper floor. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here.
You will have to neutralize one of the security guards along the way (#1). You could also try
and ignore him, however it’s best to have him out of the way. Once you’ve reached the top
level, head on to the left door (#2). It would be wise to create a savegame here.

This is one of the most difficult sections of this map. The objective will be to reach a small
passageway that’s located on the other end of the bar area. The problem is that there are a
lot of enemy guards here. You could try knocking them out, however this won’t be necessary.
Once you’ve entered the room, start moving forward. You will have to hide by the table (#1).
Wait for the guards to end their conversation (#2). Save your game once again.

One of the guards will be moving towards your table. You will have to avoid him from the
right side. This will allow you to follow his colleague (#1). This guard will be heading to a bar
that’s located on your right. Once he has stopped, start moving forward (#2). You should
speed up a little. Hide by a large counter. You should be crouching near a dark passageway.
SAVE your game here, however make sure that none of the enemy soldiers is heading this
way.

You will have to head on to the dark corridor (#1). You won’t encounter any enemies here,
however you shouldn’t be making too much noise. Also, make sure that you’re standing close
to the left wall. Otherwise you would have been spotted. You will have to wait here for a few
seconds (#2). Some of the guards are patrolling this area, so you won’t be able to make any
moves just yet.

Make sure that you don’t expose yourself too much. The guards will be heading this way. If
you’re standing in the shadows, they shouldn’t see you (#1). Wait for them to reach the main

Mission 7.2 [Cozumel – Cruise Ship]


COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:
We’ll start off inside a moving elevator (#1). Sadly, you won’t be able to stay here for too long.
You will receive a proper warning from your friends at JBA. You will have to find a hole in the
roof. Climb up there (#2) and wait for the elevator to reach a new floor.

One of the guards will enter the elevator. I’d strongly recommend that you jump on him (#1),
so you won’t have to worry about avoiding him in the future. You could also ignore him,
however this would make your mission a lot more difficult. Pick up his body and move it to
the left, so it won’t be noticed by anyone else. Leave the elevator and start moving towards
the pool area (#2). This is one of the most difficult sections of this entire mission, so you will
have to be very careful.

Keep moving forward. Stick close to the left wall and make sure that you’re using larger
objects for cover. Get closer to the guards (#1). You will have to wait for Enrica to hack into
the pool area computer system. As a result, some of the sprinklers will be activated. Make a
few steps forward. The guards will continue patrolling this area (#2). That’s when you’ll need
to make a move.

Climb up and perform a single jump. You’ll end up in the water (#1). As long as you stay
here, you’ll be quite safe. You will have some serious problems leaving the pool. Wait for the
sprinklers to activate. Now you will have to start moving towards the nearby stairs (#2). They
are located on your left. Make sure that none of the guards sees you. This would be equal to
an instant failure.

Once you’ve reached the stairs, keep moving upwards (#1). You will have to reach the upper
balcony as soon as possible. This is very important, because you’re exposed here. Once
you’re there, use some of the larger objects for cover. One of the nearby tables seems like a
good idea (#2). SAVE your game here. You will also have to take a closer look at one of the
guards. He is patrolling the balcony, so you must avoid him at all costs.

Keep moving forward (#1). Thankfully, you will have an opportunity to use nearby objects for
cover. You could also hide in one of the lockers, however this won’t be necessary. Try to get
closer to the second large table. After that, you will be able to go to a glass door (#2). Enter
the new area. You will also have to avoid a security camera that’s located here. You probably
won’t notice it at first glance. Save the game!

The first thing you have to do here is to flip a switch (#1). This will shut off the lights in one
of the nearby rooms. Head on to the right corridor. You will have to be standing in a dark
spot. Wait for the guards to leave the main area of the spa (#2). You will have to go there
now. Bear in mind that you won’t be able to stay here for too long, because the guards will
eventually return to their original posts.

Keep moving forward. You will have to climb up to a small ledge. Press the jump key once
again (#1). This will allow you to reach the highest platform. Enter the ventilation shaft. You
shouldn’t have any problems locating it. You will have to crawl through to the next section of
the ship. You will be able to reach a small cabin that’s being occupied by one of the crew
members (#2). Don’t leave the ventilation shaft just yet. Instead, save your game.

You could wait for the crew member to leave, however I wouldn’t recommend doing that. It’s
best that you take care of him right away (#1). Thankfully, you shouldn’t have any problems
knocking him unconscious. Open the door. You’ve probably noticed that a second opponent
is sitting here (#2).

You can resolve this problem using various approach methods. The easiest way to get rid of
him would be to grab him. You won’t have any problems doing this (#1). Additionally, you
could interrogate the crew member. As a result, you would be given a code to the nearby door
(2112). If you plan on avoiding him, you would have to distract his attention. Using the
ultrasonic emitter seems like a good idea. As for the code, you could acquire it by using a
computer or opening a file cabinet (#2).

Make sure that you’re not interrupted. You will have to open a glass door (#1). Hack into the
system or enter the combination. SAVE your game here and use the stairs to reach the lower
level of the ship. This room is being occupied by two crew members. Additionally, one of the
guards is patrolling a nearby balcony. I’d strongly recommend that you take these guys out
(#2). You shouldn’t have any major problems doing that. Avoiding them would be far more
difficult, mostly because they’re not standing in one spot. Also, you would have to be very
careful on the balcony.

If you don’t plan on neutralizing these guys, you would also have to use one of your gadgets.
Ultrasonic emitter seems like a good idea. You could also use the whistling feature. Either
way, you will have to reach the balcony. Perform a single jump and grab the rope (#1). You
will have to wait for Fisher to slide down (#2). SAVE your game here. It’s very important and
you haven’t much time to avoid more enemy guards.

Turn around and move to your right. Enemy guards are currently occupying a large building
that should be located in front of you. The objective is to get there before they decide to leave
the room. Jump over the balustrade (#1) and climb down. Make sure that you’re close to the
rear side of the structure (#2). You’ll be safe here and it’s a good spot to plan your next
actions.

You will have to get closer to the stairs (on your right). One of the guards will arrive here very
shortly (#1). Take him out, mostly because he would have been able to spot you from the
upper balcony. Additionally, it would be wise to hide his body. Try moving closer to the
entrance. The second soldier will be patrolling this area (#2), so you will have to be very
careful. You may try avoiding or neutralizing him.

Once this problem has been resolved, move up closer to the entrance. You will have to pick
the lock to get in (#1). Go to your right. You will have to turn around and choose a narrow
passageway. Here’s where the bomb is going to be placed (#2). SAVE your game!!

Once you’ve placed the bomb, you will have to press the use key once again. Hack into the
system (#1). It’s very important that you don’t stay here for too long. Solving the mini-game
will allow you to fullfill one of the NSA objectives. Once this is done, leave this area (#2).
Make sure that area is clear before moving on. Turn right. Keep going straight.

You will have to approach a small metal box. There’s a mini-game here for you to finish (#1).
You shouldn’t have any problems with these types of actions. Pressing the button will allow
you to lower a metal platform. Enter it (#2). After that, Fisher will automatically perform a
jump and this mission is going to end.
You will be rewarded with two interesting upgrade items: EMP Grenade – Attachment and
Gas Grenade – Attachment.

This mission is going to begin with a short cut-scene (#1). Once again, you will have to pick
the easiest goals, because you will have a limited amount of time to fullfill these objectives.
Listen to what Lambert has to say to Fisher. After that, Emile will show up here (#2). You will
regain a full control over Fisher’s actions in just a few seconds. Start off by following Emile.

You will have to use the stairs and turn right. After that, you will reach a small room, filled
with computer terminals (#1). Emile will tell you exactly what has to be done. Your job will be
to decrypt an e-mail message. As you’ve probably suspected, you will have to solve a new
type of a mini-game. You will be using a nearby computer (#2). Before you decide to take on
the mini-game, make sure that you have saved your current progress.

This mini-game is going to be much more complicated. You will be operating on a standard
cube. The objective of this mini-game is quite simple. You will have to input correct digits.
Each rown/column of the cube must be formed with a set of unique numbers. Thankfully,
you will be warned when something bad happens. It should make your job a lot easier.
If you prefer a detailed walkthrough, here it is:

If you didn’t make any mistakes, the riddle is going to be solved (#1). There’s only one more
thing for you to do. You will have to read the e-mail (#2). After that, turn off the computer,
because this mission goal is going to be completed. SAVE your current progress. You should
still have about 23 minutes left. Don’t worry. It’ll be more than enough to fullfill Primary and
Profile objectives.

We’ll start off with one of the Profile goals. You will have to scan fingerprints of five different
JBA members. Don’t leave this area just yet. Open your inventory window. You will have to
choose the Fingerprint Scanner (#1). Use this item right away. You should be able to find
some fingerprints near the computer station (#2). It’s the same machine that has been used
to solve the mini-game. Once you’ve acquired the fingerprints, go back to the main area of
the headquarters.
Important! Don’t make any unnecessary moves while trying to perform a full scan.
Otherwise you would have to start over.

Use the stairs to reach the upper part of the complex. Head on to the crew quarters. You will
have to locate a large refridgerator. Make sure that no one’s in this area. Use the fingerprint
scanner once again (#1). You may go back to the ground level. Head on to the server room
entrance. Start off by turning off the lights. After that, use your scanner on the control panel
(#2). You shouldn’t have any problems finding the fingerprints. Once this is done, save your
game.

I would recommend that you go back to the bomb placement area (#1). That’s where to voice
panel is located. You will have to open the door. Enter the restricted area. Once you’re at the
top, you will have to turn left in order to be able to reach the labortatory (#2). I’m sure that
you remember what has to be done here. Use the pipe in order to avoid being seen by the
security camera. Once you’re at the door, save your current progress.

You should remember the correct combination from the previous JBA mission. You acquired
it from Emile’s computer. The correct combination is 1337 (#1). Open the door. You will have
to avoid Enrica once again (#2). Head on to the right side of the screen. You should
remember the correct path. Once you’re there, save the game. It’s very important!

One of the other JBA members will contact Enrica in just a few seconds. As a result, she will
stand up and start walking towards you. It’s very important that you hide. You can go back
to the safe (green) area of use the nearby desk (#1). The choice is yours. Enrica will stop by
the filing cabinet. There’s a computer terminal here (#2). You will have to hack into the
system. This will allow you to acquire a security code for the terrorist bomb.

Exit the laboratory. I guess I don’t have to remind you to be VERY careful here. You can’t
make too much noise here. Otherwise Enrica would have spotted you. You could also wait for
her to return to the desk, however this won’t be necessary. Use the pipe and head on to the
nearest door (#1). Use the stairs to reach the upper floor. Open the door. One of the guards
will probably be standing here, so you must be very careful (#2). Wait for him to leave. You
won’t have to use the light switch.

You will have to follow the guard. Once you’ve reached the pool room, turn right. Wait for the
guard to sit on a nearby sofa. After that, flip the light switch (#1). Once this is done, enter the
nearby room. You will have to use the pool table for cover (#2). Go back to the main corridor.
If you’re lucky, you should be able to avoid both guards.

Remember to wait for the right moment to return to the main corridor. Keep moving forward.
Ignore the room with the sleeping guard. Instead, head on to Enrica’s room (#1). That’s where
the previous JBA mission has ended. Open the filing cabinet. After that, use your fingerprint
scanner on it (#2). There’s only one more fingerprint for you to scan (Moss). Save your game
here!

Exit the room and turn right. You will come across a steel door. Thankfully, you will be able
to open it... that is, if you have acquired at least one fingerprint (#1). This will allow you to
access a high security area. Open the door and make a few steps forward. You will have to
wait for the conversation to end. Moss will be shouting at one of the workers (#2). Make sure
that you keep quiet, especially since you’re not standing in a dark spot.

Proceed to the new corridor. You will have to choose a door that should be located in front of
you (#1). Thanks to that, you will be able to reach Moss’s quarters. Sadly, you won’t be able
to acquire the fingerprint right away. Moss will return here in a few seconds. As a result, you
will have to hide in the locker (#2). Moss will stay here for about a minute. Wait for him to
leave the room.

Exit the locker. Choose the scanner from your inventory. You will have to aim it at the file
cabinet (#1). This will allow you to fullfill one of the Profile objectives. Also, you will have to
take a document from the file cabinet. Exit the room and turn right. Make sure that you stick
close to the right wall. You will come across a small conference room (#2). Enter it. Make a
few steps forward and turn left. You will notice a second door. Proceed to the next section.

Keep moving forward. You won’t have to worry about any other guards, however it would be
wise to keep quiet. You should be able to reach a single door. You will have to solve a mini-
game (or not) in order to be able to open it. Save your game here. Enter the new room and
make a few steps forward. Moss will be talking to someone else (#2). You will have to wait
here. Moss should go back to his office.

You will have to be very careful here! Turn left and start moving forward. One of the
surveillance room workers should be standing here, but he won’t notice you coming (#1).
Make sure that you’re standing close to the left wall. You will have use the nearby computer
(#2). Hack into the system. Once you’re in, choose the Security Feed Access feature. This will
allow you to take a closer look at the bomb. Exit the system and go back to the entrance.
Save your game here.

It would be wise to acquire the last document. Sadly, it’ll be quite difficult to get to it. Tou will
find the file inside the office, however the room is currently being occupied by Moss. You will
have to get start moving forward (#1). There’s a tight spot here, that you’ll be able to use. Get
closer to the left door (#2). Open it carefully. Once you’re inside, head on to the large object
that should be located on your left.

Sadly, the drawer is located at the opposite end of this room. As a result, you will have some
problems reaching it. Start off by using a nearby light switch (#1). Head on to the right side of
the room. You will have to wait for Moss to get past you. Keep heading towards the file
cabinet (#2). Use it to acquire the document. Thankfully, you’ll be safe here, even when Moss
decides to turn on the lights.

Now you will have to find a way to exit the room. It would be best to wait for Moss to use his
computer (#1). This will allow you to get closer to the door. If you’re noticed, try hiding in a
dark spot. You would also have to wait for Moss and the rest of the guards to return to their
posts. Exit the office and turn right (#2). Be careful, though. One of the guards will be
patrolling this area, so you must avoid him at all costs.

Once you’ve reached a large corridor, you will have to do a few additional things. First of all,
hide near the fence that should be located on your right. You will have to wait for one of the
workers to get here (#1). Wait for him to return to his post. Start moving forward. Turn off the
light. Bear in mind that you will have only a few seconds to exit this area. Locate a small
passageway (#2) that leads through the armory. Like I’ve said before, you can’t stay here for
too long. Open the second gate and turn right. Head on to the high security door. I’m sure
that you remember the exact location.

The last thing for you to do here would be to return to the main (unrestricted) area of the
complex. Start moving forward. If you’re lucky, you should be able to reach the new corridor
without any major problems. You could use the pool room to avoid some of the guards. Also,
make sure that you turn off the lights (#1). After that, head on to the staircase (#2). Go back
to the lower level. Turn left and exit this area.

I assume that you’ve managed to complete all Primary and Profile objectives. There are also a
few secondary missions here (#1), however you won’t have to worry about them. All of these
tasks have appeared in the previous missions of the game. The difference are going to be
minor. For example, you will have to score more points at the shooting range (#2). You
should have about 7-8 minutes left on your timer, so it’s up to you whether you want to take
on these quests or not.

If you decided that you’re ready, head on to the computer room. That’s where you had to
decrypt the e-mail message (#1). You will have to wait for the time limit to end (25 minutes).
That’s when Emile will start moving towards you (#2). Wait for him to show up. Additionally,
I’d strongly recommend saving the game, mostly because you will have to make a very
important choice.

Emile will enter your room (#1). Wait for him to read the e-mail message. After that, he’ll
start moving towards the central area of the HQ. Follow him. A longer cut-scene should
appear on your screen (#2). Get ready. You will have to make a choice very soon.

You will have to wait for the interactive window to appear on your screen (#1). That’s where
you’ll need to decide on what should happen with the ship. I would like to say that no matter
what you choose, it still won’t affect the ending of the game. The only difference is that you
would have less options during the next levels. The Destroy Ship feature seems like a good
idea. Choosing this option would allow the terrorists to detonate the bomb (#2), however
you’d still save Enrica. Furthermore, you would be able to regain a lot of trust with the NSA
during the following missions of the game.

If you decide to choose the Jam Signal feature, you will save the ship, however Enrica is
going to be killed. You will also lose a lot of trust with the JBA, so I wouldn’t recommend
doing this. The last option would allow you to Frame Enrica (#2). As a result, you would also
let Emile to kill her, however you wouldn’t lose any trust with the JBA organization. The
choice is yours.
Finishing this mission will unlock two final pieces of equipment: Frag Grenade – Attachment
and Night Vision – Enhanced.

This is by far one of the longest and most difficult missions of the entire game. We’ll start off
with a short cut-scene (#1). You will have to listen to what Emile has to say. After that, you
will regain a full control over Fisher’s actions (#2). Exit the truck and take a look around.
You’re inside a large underground car park.

You should also receive some additional info from the NSA. Your first objective will be to
record a conversation that’s going to take place in this area. Sadly, you will have a lot of
problems reaching it. Turn left and move up closer to the large wall. Keep moving forward.
You will come across a small fence (#1). It’s best to use your tools here. You could also try
and avoid this obstacle, however this won’t be necessary. Once you’ve reached the other side,
turn right (#2). Make sure that you’re using crates for cover. There are several guards here.
You must avoid them at all costs.

Head on to the large truck. After that, you should be able to reach a smaller crate (#1). Stop
here for a few seconds. You should also save your progress. One of the guards should arrive
in this area very shortly. Wait for your enemies to turn around. This will allow you to reach a
higher platform (#2). You should be just fine, however I wouldn’t recommend staying in the
open for too long. Alternatively you could try to use some of the bottles or the Ultrasonic
Emitter to distract the guards.

Once you’ve reached the platform, make a few steps forward. You will have to find a small
button (#1). Push it. This will allow you to call the elevator. Enter the elevator and use a
small panel. You will have to reach one of the upper floors. Once you’re there, exit the
elevator. SAVE your game here. It’s very important, because this whole area is swarming with
enemy troops.

Make a few steps forward. As you’ve probably noticed, there are two guards in the next room
(#1). You will have to see them by moving closer to the passageway. One of the guards will be
coming this way. This means that you need to hide. Use a nearby locker (#2). Remember that
you will only have a few seconds to do this. You can’t be seen by the guard!

You will have to stay here for a few seconds. One of the workers will show up here very soon
(#1). He will be standing on your left. You’ve got two choices. You can either try and avoid the
worker or knock him out (#2). I’d strongly recommend that you neutralize this threat, so you
wouldn’t have to worry about him in the future.

Head to the next room. Thankfully, there aren’t any other guards here, so you may proceed
to the next section. You will come across a small passageway (#1). Make sure that you have
saved your game here. There are a few enemy soldiers in the new room. It would be best to
avoid being seen by them. Once you’ve entered the room, turn right and start running
forward (#2). It’s very important that you find a suitable cover. You can’t stay in the open.
Otherwise you would have been spotted.

Keep going straight. The soldiers are fighting with the rebels here, but you might as well
ignore the explosions (#1) or gun fire. If you’re lucky, you shouldn’t lose any health here.
Once you’ve reached the glass wall, find a destroyed spot and head on to a small balcony
(#2). You will have to climb down. SAVE your game here. You won’t encounter any other
units here, however there’s a lot of climbing ahead and it’s very easy to make a mistake.

Start off by moving towards the right edge of the screen (#1). Like I’ve said before, you won’t
have to worry about hostile units. Once you’ve reached a corner, keep moving to your right.
You should be able to get closer to a small pipe (#2). Use it to get to the upper level. Keep
moving right. I’d strongly recommend that you make a stop here. Save your game once again.

You should be able to reach a much larger balcony. A single guard will appear above you
(#1). DON’T kill him, because this action would probably alarm some of the nearby enemy
troops. You will have to wait for him to proceed to the next section of the balcony. Jump over
the balustrade (#2). Make sure that the guard is gone, so you’re not spotted by anyone.

There should be an open window in front of you (#1). Perform a single jump. Thanks to that,
you will end up inside a small room. Head on to a small door that should be located ahead.
You’ll end up in a corridor. Turn right and make a few steps forward. You will have to locate
a larger (double) door (#2). Open the door and enter a new room. There are some enemy
guards here, so you will have to be very careful.

The first thing to do here is to wait for the enemies to end their conversation. One of the
soldiers will be standing in front of you (there’s a table here). It would be wise to knock him
out. Once this is done, proceed to the room that’s located on your left. You must be quick
about it, because otherwise you wouldn’t be able to perform a surprise attack (#2). Make sure
that the second soldiers has also been eliminated. Avoiding these guys would be extremely
difficult. Thankfully, you won’t have to hide the bodies.

Exit the room. You’ll end up on a small balcony. Turn left and jump over the balustrade (#1).
Keep going straihgt. You should be able to reach a large metal construction. Use the ladder
(#2). You will have to reach the roof of this building. It would be wise to save your progress
along the way, especially since you’ll come across a large group of soldiers.

Once you’re at the top, grab the ledge and start moving towards the right edge of the screen
(#1). You will have to climb up here. Also, notice that one of the rebels has left this area. It
would be wise to follow him. You could also check a small room that should be located on
your left, however this won’t be necessary. You will only find a couple of grenades here (#2).

Use the small ladder. The rebel should be firing at the army soldiers. It would be best if you
had killed or knocked him out (#1). Notice that he’s changing his positions from time to time,
so will have to be very careful here. Additionally, he may decide to go back to the ladder. As a
result, you would have to use the nearby objects for cover. There’s also a second rebel here
(#2). You could perform a surprise attack or try and avoid his routes.

Once the roof area has been secured, you will have to locate a small staircase (#1). Use the
stairs and enter the new building. Turn right and make a few steps forward. You will find a
metal box here. Open it (#2). After that, you will have to hack into the system. This will allow
you to neutralize some of the nearby laser beams. Save your game here.

You will have to use a small horizontal pipe that should be located above you. Wait for the

You will have to use a nearby ladder. Get down to the lowest level and start moving forward
(#1). There’s only one path leading to your destination, so you shouldn’t get lost. You will
have to crawl into a small tunnel, but that shouldn’t be much of a problem. You will reach a
vertical pipe. Use it to reach the top of this structure (#2).

Once you’re at the top, you will have to grab the horizontal pole. Keep moving forward. Now
you will have to climb down to a large construction (#1). Turn left and head on to a small
hatch. You will have to participate in a hacking mini-game in order to be able to open it.

Once you’ve solved the mini-game, you will be able to open the hatch (#1). Climb down. You

should be able to grab a new metal pipe (#2). You will find yourself inside a well protected
room. The objective will be to reach the central part of this area. It’s not going to be simple,
so it would be best if you had saved your game.

Before we’ll proceed with the next part of the mission, there are a few other things that you
should know of. First of all, you WON’T have to be in a lot of hurry. The meeting will start
once you’re ready, so you may spend as much time here as you need. You will only have to
avoid laser grids. There aren’t any other security devices in this area. It would be best if you
had spent a few seconds here, so you’ll observe how all of this works. Thanks to that, you
won’t have any problems planning your next actions.
There are two different ways to reach your destination, but I’ll assume that you’ll be going to
your left. You will have to stop near the first group of lasers. You will have to wait for this
device to shut down (#1). Start moving towards the left side of the screen. If you’re quick
enough, you should be able to reach some of the next laser traps as well. After that, you’ll
end up standing on a small ledge (#2). It would be wise to wait here for the laser devices to
start the cycle from the beginning.

This time you should be moving close to the glass wall. Thanks to that, you will be able to
reach a second ledge (#1). Use a nearby pipe. This will allow you to reach a horizontal ledge.
Keep going towards the left side of the screen (#2). You should be able to come across a
corner part of this room very soon. Keep moving. The objective will be to reach a third pipe.

It’s going to be a little tougher here, mostly because you will be moving towards laser grids
(#1). As a result, you will have to spend some time observing them. You should be able to
reach your destination without any other problems. Keep going straight. You will have to wait
for the grapple icon to appear on the screen (#2). SAVE your game here! It’s very important!!

Attach the rope. You will have to slide down to the glass table. Once you’re close enough, a
new icon should appear on the screen (#1). As a result, you will be able to plant a
microphone. Now for the hard part. You will probably hear that someone’s coming. The
objective will be to go back up to the pipe, as soon as possible (#2). You will have to be quick
about it. Furthermore, you won’t be allowed to perform any other actions.

You will have to wait for about two minutes. The meeting is going to be quite short (#1),
however you shouldn’t even try moving. Once it is over, you will be given a new objective. You
must go back to the start area (parking lot). Sadly, you will have to find a new path.
Additionally, you will have to outrun Emile, so he doesn’t get suspicious. WAIT for the
terrorists to leave this room. Slide down (#2). You will have to touch the glass table.

Start RUNNING forward. Once you’ve reached a junction, turn left and move up closer to the
destroyed part of the window (#1). A rope icon should appear on your screen. You will have to
use it to get down to the lower level. Turn left and start moving forward (#2). There’s a
ventilation shaft near the plant. You will have to use it.

Exit the ventilation shaft. DON’T use the second one! Instead, climb down to a small
bathroom (#1). There aren’t any guards here, so you won’t have to keep quiet. Exit the
bathroom and start running towards the parking lot area (#2). If you’re lucky, you should be
able to outrun Emile. Otherwise you would start losing trust points for the JBA organization.

area. Start running towards the exit (#2). The game will begin loading a new map in a short

Mission 9.2 [Kinshasa]


COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:
At the beginning of this level, you will witness an interesting scene. Some of the rebels will
blow up a truck (#1). Thankfully, you’re in a safe spot, so they probably won’t notice you
coming. You won’t have to concentrate on staying in the shadows just yet. Head on to a small
gate. You will have to use your lockpicking tool to open it (#2). Open the gate and hide by the
crates.

Try making a few steps forward. One of the rebels will probably leave this area, so you won’t
have to worry about him. Instead, knock out his colleague (#1). You shouldn’t have any
problems performing a surprise attack. You could alsy try avoiding this fellow, however this
would be a little risky. Turn left and start moving forward (#2). You should save your
progress here, mostly because you will have an opportunity to fullfill one of the secondary
objectives. It’s not going to be easy, however I’m sure you’ll be just fine.

Once you’ve reached an open area, you will have to go to a small alley that should be located
on your left (#1). You are getting closer to the hostages. The objective will be to save them.
Sadly, you won’t be able to plan your next actions. You will have to act fast. Otherwise all of
the hostages are going to be killed. If you don’t want to shoot the rebels, you could hide by
the crates and use the Sticky Shockers on them (#2). This is very risky, though, so I’d
recommend choosing a different approach.

If you want to deal with problems quickly, you should consider killing both guards. It would
be best to lean out and take them down with your pistol (#1). You shouldn’t lose any health
here. Once the rebels are gone, head on to the hostage area. After that, start moving forward
(#2). I’d strongly recommend that you save your game here. There are a lot of enemy troops in
the area, so you’ll have to be very careful.

You should be able to reach a larger road very soon. Turn left and start running (#1). It’s very
important, because some of the rebel soldiers are probably heading this way. You should be
able to find a phone booth here. Climb up to the top of it (#2). You should be able to reach a
small window from here. Enter the new building. SAVE THE GAME!

Turn right and head on to the next room. You will come across a dying soldier (#1). It’s very
important that you GO BACK IMMEDIATELY, because the soldiers is going to use the
grenade to blow himself up. Wait for the explosion to occur. Go back to the same room and
step up closer to a destroyed part of the wall (#2). Save your game once again.

This is a very challenging section of the map, so don’t worry if you die or lose health here.
Start off by heading on to the roof of a bus (#1). Climb down to the ground level. It’s very
important that you don’t hesitate. Otherwise you would have been spotted by one of the
rebels. Turn right and start RUNNING towards the second bus (#2). If you’re lucky, you won’t
raise the alarm.

Once you’ve gone past the bus, turn right (#1). The objective here is a small tunnel. You will
have to enter it as soon as possible. Remember that you can’t stay in the open for too long.
Once you’re there, start moving forward. Additionally, make sure that you’re not seen by
anyone (#2). You should be able to reach the opposite end of the tunnel in a few seconds.
Save the game.

You will have an opportunity to fullfill another secondary objective. Leave the tunnel and
start moving towards the destroyed bus (#1). Enter it through the rear window. Make a few
steps forward. As you’ve probably noticed, one of the civilians is trapped here. Save the
woman by picking up the chair (#2).

Once the woman has been saved, you will have to follow her to a nearby house (#1). If you’re
lucky, none of the rebels will sell you. Once you’re inside a new room, take a look around.
You should be able to find a lot of interesting objects on the crates (#2), mostly grenades and
rifle attachments. Make sure that you have picked them up. Additionally, save your current
progress.

Exit the building and turn right. This is a difficult area of the map, so you will have to be very
careful. You’re not allowed to make any major mistakes. Start off by moving to a yellow car
(#1). You will have to wait for the rebels to show up here. They will be standing by the truck.
This will allow you to get closer to them. There are some crates on your left (#2). Use them for
much needed cover.

Keep moving forward. Just as before, you may consider avoiding the rebels, however it’s
going to be very difficult. As a result, it’s best to neutralize them right now (#1). You won’t
have to worry about any alarms, because they won’t affect any of the given objectives.
Nevertheless, it’s best to ogranize a couple of surprise attacks (#2). You can either knock out
the soldiers or kill them. You will have to reach a large junction. There are two different paths
here, however I’d strongly recommend that you go left, mostly because the right path is being
guarded by an enemy tank.

You will have to enter a destroyed building (#1). Keep going straight. There’s only one
passageway here, so you really can’t get lost. You will witness a huge explosion in a few
seconds. Make a few steps forward. It looks like that you have encounter a mine field (#2).
Sadly, you won’t be able to use your goggles. As a result, you will have to be careful here.
Save your game before you decide to move on any further.

You can solve this problem using different approach methods. You could try getting through
the mine field, however you would have to spend a lot of time looking at the ground (#1).
There are a lot of mines here. You wouldn’t be able to get too close to them. If you want to get
past this section quickly, you should try using one of the carried frag grenades (#2). Thanks
to that, you won’t have to worry about anything else. Once the mine field has been destroyed,
save the game.

You’re getting closer to a large camp. That’s where the rebel plans have been located. You will
have to retrieve these files. You shouldn’t have any major problems, HOWEVER you won’t be
able to stay here for too long. You will have to act quickly. Start off by moving towards the
first tent (#1). Turn left. You will have to wait for the knife icon to appear on the screen (#2).
Thanks to it, you will be able to cut through. Additionally, you will have to choose one of your
weapons from the inventory, because you’ll need it in a few seconds.

There’s an enemy officer here. He is sitting by the computer, so you’ll have plenty of time to
take him down (#1). You can either zap him with one of the Shockers or use standard bullets.
Once he’s gone, step up to the computer and use it (#2). You will have to hack into the
system, but you should already posses one of the upgrades, so this should be done
automatically. Retrieve the plans. Now you will have to exit the tent. Go back using the same
way. Save your game here.

As you’ve probably noticed, enemy troops have arrived in this area. As a result, you won’t
have much time before the rebels start patrolling this area. You will have to head on to the
second tent (#1). Use the knife once again. Make a few steps forward and turn left (#2). You
should be getting closer to a large antena. Stay close to the brick wall and you should be just
fine. There are also other large objects here which can be used for cover.

Head on to a small gate that should be located on your right. You could consider waiting for
the enemy troops to leave this area. You could also distract their attention, however this
won’t be necessary. You will have to reach a metal gate (#1). Open it and proceed to the
antena. You should be able to locate a ladder here (#2). SAVE your game. Also, make sure
that none of the rebel soldiers is heading this way.

Start moving upwards (#1). Reaching the top of this construction will take you a few seconds,
however you should be quite safe along the way. Once you’re at the top, you should receive
some new orders. Step up closer to the sniper rifle (#2) that should be located near the
sandbags. I’d strongly recommend that you save your game here.

Like I’ve said before, you will have to make a very important choice here. You will have to
wait for Hisham to arrive (#1). You could kill him OR wait for one of the rebel soldiers to show
up. If you want to save Hisham, you have to kill the second soldier (#2).
Important! It’s very likely that this choice will affect the ending.
1) If you allowed the terrorists to destroy the cruise ship, you should consider saving
Hisham’s life. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to unlock the best possible ending of the game.
2) If you prevented the ship from being destroyed (by jamming the signal or framing Enrica),
you could kill Hisham and you’d still be able to unlock each ending.

Killing Hisham would also make your next Kinshasa mission a lot easier, however I wouldn’t
recommend doing that. It’s best to try and save his life. More rebel soldiers will arrive in the
building. You may consider killing them (#1), however it won’t be necessary. The antenna
tower is going to be destroyed in a short while (#2). Don’t worry. Fisher is going to be just
fine. Get ready for the final part of this mission.

We’ll start off with a very interesting cut-scene (#1). Listen to what Emile has to say. If you
managed to save Hisham’s life, he’s going to be furious. You should be able to regain a full
control over Sam’s actions very soon (#2). Your main objective here will be to save Hisham’s
life (or to reach the extraction zone), so let’s get going.

Make a few steps forward. Don’t worry about the destroyed antenna. You will have to use a
nearby rope (#1). Thanks to that, you should be able to reach a destroyed building. Climb
down and head on to a small passageway. There’s going to be a large explosion here (#2),
however you shouldn’t lose any health. Save your game before you decide to proceed any
further.

You should be getting closer to a large street. That’s where the rebels are fighting with the
army forces. You should be able to locate a hole in the floor (#1). Use it to climb down to the
lower level. Once you’re there, you will have to wait for a right moment to make a move. Start
heading towards a destroyed bus (#1) that should be located on your left. Enter it.

Exit the bus and turn left. You will have to hide by the metal container (#1). You should be
quite safe here. A small group of rebels should appear in the area. You will have to wait for
the army troops to kill these guys. Otherwise you’d have some serious problems avoiding
them. Proceed to the next large object that’s located on your left (#2). Remember that you
can’t stay in the open for too long, especially since there are a lot of hostile units in this area.

Turn left. You should be able to reach a small tunnel (#1). That’s where you’ll need to go.
Don’t forget to save your game from time to time, mostly because it’s very easy to make a
mistake here. Head on to a larger tunnel (#2). As you’ve probably suspected, you will have to
start moving forward. The objective will be to reach a destroyed gunship.

You should be getting closer to the military helicopter (#1). I’m sure that you remember it
from the first cut-scene. Wait for the right moment to make a move. You will have to reach
the rear side of the gunship. You’ll find some ammunition here (#2). Pick it up and start
moving forward. You shouldn’t stay here, because the area is not safe.

Once you’ve reached the main part of the cabin, the rear part of the gunshiip will explode
(#1). I guess that it may surprise you a little bit. Thankfully, you won’t lose any health here.
Make a few steps forward. Climb down and hide by a large object that will be located on your
left (#2). It’s time for the final part of this mission to begin. It’s going to be quite difficult, so
I’d strongly recommend that you save your game. I would also like to say that you won’t be
allowed to raise an alarm here.

Start off by leaning out carefully. As you’ve noticed, one of the rebels is coming this way (#1).
He is going to execute an army soldier. You could try and prevent this from happening,
however it won’t be necessary. The more important thing is to knock out the rebel soldier
(#2). Hide his body, so it won’t be noticed by any of his colleagues. Now we will have to take
care of an enemy sniper.

Start moving towards a large entrance. Don’t enter the palace just yet. Instead, use a nearby
ladder (#1). You will have to reach the top level of this construction. There’s a single rebel
here. Perform a surprise attack (#2). It’s best to knock him unconscious. You won’t have to
kill this guy. Save your game here. You should be in a lot of hurry, because the rest of the
rebels will begin executing the hostages (including Hisham) very soon.

It would be wise to climb up to the roof of the palace building (#1). There’s a large hole ahead
of you. Use the second ladder. You should be able to eliminate at least one rebel soldier from
here. I’d strongly recommend that you use some of the carried Sticky Shockers to take them
down (#2).

Go back to the roof and get closer to a much larger hole. You should be able to eliminate a
few other rebel soldiers from here (#1). There’s going to be at least two of them. After that, go
back to the main ladder. You will have to reach the main entrance. Make a few steps forward.
Enter the palace and position yourself correctly. Take care of the remaining enemy units (#2).
You should be able to kill (or neutralize) these soldiers without any major problems. Just
make sure that the hostages aren’t killed.

Proceed to the main area of the palace. One of the hostages is the CIA agent. You will have to
press the USE key (#1). This isn’t over yet. You will have to escort Hisham to the extraction
zone. The problem is that a nearby alley is being guarded by a single soldier. He will probably
attack you, so you may as well consider killing him (#2). You could also throw a couple of
grenades at hum, however it won’t be necessary.

You will have to locate a destroyed part of the wall. Exit the palace and head on to a nearby
alley (#1) that should be located in front of you. Also, make sure that Hisham’s following you.
Turn left. There’s a small gate here. Wait for Hisham to show up here. Press the USE key
once again (#2). You won’t have to create any additional savegames here.

By pressing the use key, you will allow Hisham to leave this area of the map (#1). As a result,
you won’t have to worry about him anymore. Go back to the central part of the alley. The
palace is going to be destroyed in a few seconds (#2). Listen to what Emile has to say. He
thinks that Hisham was killed during the explosion, so you won’t have to worry about the
JBA’s reaction as well. Wait for this mission to end.

to say (#1). After that, start following ham. I’d strongly recommend that you save your game
here. You will have to make a final decision very soon.

You’ve probably heard that special forces are getting ready to storm the headquarters.

Thankfully, you won’t have to worry about them right now. Additionally, there aren’t any time
limits, so you will be able to plan your each action. You should be able to reach the
interrogation cell in a few seconds (#1). It looks like that JBA members have managed to
capture Lambert (#2). You will have to make a very important choice here. You can either kill
or save Lambert.

I guess I should tell you about a few important things. This choice will probably affect the
entire ending of the game. Here’s what may happen:
A) If you destroyed the ship and killed Hisham, you won’t be able to see the best possible
ending, however killing Lambert will help you to witness the worst one.
B) If you’ve done only ONE (or none) thing wrong (blew up the ship or killed Hisham) then
there’s still hope. You will be able to witness the best ending, however you won’t be allowed
to killed Lambert.
I’d strongly recommend that you save his life. As a result, you will have to kill Jamie who
should be standing on your right (#1). As you’ve probably noticed, you will lose all your trust
with the JBA organization. This means you’re going to be attacked on sight. Ignore Lambert
(you can’t help him right now). Instead, use one of your tools to acquire a retinal scan from
Jamie (#2). You shouldn’t have any problems doing this.

Important! You will have to perform the scan action QUICKLY. I guess I won’t surprise you
by telling that there are some thugs heading your way. Once you’ve acquired the retinal scan,
leave the room (ignore the alarm sound) and turn RIGHT (#1). Start running towards the
cellar. Use the stairs. Once you’re close enough to the furnace, turn right. There’s a ladder
here (#2). I’m sure that you remembered it from the previous JBA missions. Use the ladder to
reach the upper floor. Save your game there,

Now you will have to reach the armory. This will allow you to retrieve some of your
equipment. Head on to the room that’s located on your left. You will find nightvision goggles
here, as well as the silenced rifle (#1). Pick up these objects and go back to the main corridor.
You will have to reach a gate that leads to the server room. Sadly, the central area of the base
is going to be guarded by at least one terrorist (#2). Additionally, more bad guys may arrive
here very soon. You can try killing, neutralizing or avoiding enemy troops. I should warn you,
though. Being stealthy is going to be very difficult here.

I’m sure that you know exactly where the server room is located. Thankfully, you won’t be
returning to the central area of the HQ, so it’ll be a lot easier once you get past it. Get closer
to the gate (#1). You will have to acquire a second retinal scan (from Dayton). You can wait
for the terrorist to leave the server room (#2) or go in there and neutralize him right away.
The choice is yours. Just make sure that no one sees you.

Now you will have to head on to the scanner (#1). Use the stairs to reach the upper level. You
won’t have to examine the lab, so use the right door. Head on to the second staircase. Flip
the light switch and open a new door. As you’ve probably noticed, this corridor is going to be
guarded by three terrorists (#2). You may consider killing them (make sure you’re standing in
a dark spot), however you could also try and avoid being seen. You would also have to use
several other switches.

Your current objective is the high security corridor. I’m sure that you remember the entrance
from the previous JBA mission (#1). Fisher will come across Enrica (#2). She will open an
elevator door for you, however it would be best to ignore it just yet. Sadly, you will have to
grab Enrica and neutralize her. This is the only way to acquire a retinal scan.

Ignore the elevator and head on to the left corridor. You should be getting closer to the
armory. Be careful, though. One of the terrorists is guarding the conference room (#1). You
should neutralize him. After that, enter the armory. You’ll find plenty of ammunition here, as
well as some smoke grenades (#2). Make sure that you have picked up these objects.

Go back to the elevator and use a nearby panel (#1). You shouldn’t have any problems
opening the elevator door. You will only need one retinal scan to complete this action. Enter
the elevator and press a button (#2). You will have to wait for the game to load the second
part of this mission.

Mission 10.2 [NYC – JBA HQ – Part 4]


COMPLETE MISSION WALKTHROUGH:
You start off inside the elevator. There’s a large corridor in front of you (#1). Be careful here.
The corridor is being patrolled by one of the guards. You could try killing or neutralizing him,
however it won’t be necessary. Avoiding enemy soldiers won’t be easy, though. You could also
consider using a pipe. Make sure that you’re using dark spots to hide yourself from the
enemy soldiers. Also, remember that you aren’t rushed by anything. Turn a valve along the
way (#2). This will make your life a lot easier.

You should be able to come across a light switch. Use it (#1). Turning off the lights would
allow you to kill or neutralize some of the enemy soldiers and workers (#2). The guards
wouldn’t be able to see you, because they aren’t carrying any flashlights. All of this is
optional. You may as well consider avoiding enemy troops, however it’ll be quite difficult.

If you want to avoid enemy troops, you will have to flip the light switch, turn right and jump
over the balustrade (#1). Be careful, though. You can’t stay here for too long. One of the
guards will probably go to the switch. You can’t be here once he turns on the light. There’s a
small door on your right (#2). You will have to hack into the system (or use one of the
upgraded tools) to open it.

The first thing for you to do here is to get closer to a fine cabinet. Press the USE button. You
will find the last document here (#1). As a result, you should be able to fullfill all Profile
objectives. Head on to the next room. You should be able to find a small hole here (#2). Climb
down to the sewers area. There aren’t any other enemies here, so you don’t have to keep
quiet.

Climb up to a small platform. You should be able to reach a small tunnel from here (#1). I’m
sure that you won’t have any problems finding it. Start moving forward. You’ll end up inside
a flooded basement (#2). There’s only one path leading to your next destination, however you
should consiuder saving your progress here.

You should be able to return to the main area of the compound, however you’re going to be
standing closer to the exit. Use the switch (#1) and head on to the next room. Keep going
straight. You should reach a very unusual tunnel in a few seconds (#2). There aren’t any
hostile units here, so you may as well start running.

Once you’ve reached a new area of the complex, a short cut-scene will appear on your screen
(#1). Additionally, you will be dealing with a time limit. You will only have 10 minutes to get
to the bomb and dirsarm it. It’s not going to be simple, so I’d recommend that you neutralize
or kill most of the enemy soldiers, instead of avoiding them. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able
to make it. Start off by heading towards a glass door that’s located on your right (#2). Use the
ultrasonic emitter or the whistle feature. The objective here is to lure one of the guards into a
trap.

You will be able to solve this problem using various approach methods. You could wait for
the guard to stand near the door. Bashing the door would allow you to stun him (#1),
however doing this would probably alarm the rest of the terrorists. It’s best to wait for him to
enter your room. You should be crouching near the stairs. Wait for the right moment to make
a move (#1). You can either stun or kill him. Head on to the new corridor.

You will come across a locked door (#1). Hack into the system. This will allow you to enter a
new room. Be careful, though. There are two terrorists here. I’d strongly recommend that you
stay in a darker spot. Just as before, you will have an opportunity to neutralize or distract
your enemies. I would recommend killing them (#2), however you could also use Sticky
Shockers or the Ultrasonic Emitter.

It doesn’t really matter how did you react. The most important thing here is to reach a ladder
(#1). Once you’ve reached a small ledge, use the second ladder. You’ll end up inside a small
room. As you’ve probably noticed, Emile is standing near the bomb. Sadly, you won’t be able
to kill him from here (#2). Turn around and head on towards a small exit. This is a very
challenging section of the map, so it would be wise to save your progress.

You will have to take care of FOUR enemy soldiers (and Emile). Sadly, you won’t be able to
perform any stealth moves here, especially since you will only have a few minutes to get to
the bomb. As a result, I would recommend killing at least three terrorists. One of them
should be patrolling this area, so you won’t have to look for him (#1). Just make sure that
you’re aiming at his head. If you’re lucky, his death shouldn’t raise the alarm. Turn left and
make a few steps forward. A second terrorist will probably use the ladder (#2). I’d strongly
recommend that you knock him unconscious. You won’t have to pick up the body.

It’s very important that you save your current progress here. If you position yourself
correctly, you should be able to kill the third terrorist (#1). After that, take care of his
colleague (#2). Once again, these action shouldn’t result in an alarm being raised. You still
have to eliminate Emile, so you should consider saving your game once again.

It would be wise to eliminate Emile from a larger distance (#1). You could also try and
distract his attention. This would allow you to grab him, however it’s not necessary. You can
also acquire a retinal scan (#2), but you shouldn’t spend too much time doing this (you still
have to take care of the bomb).

It’s time for the final part of this mission to begin. Step up to a large console. You shouldn’t
have any problems locating it. Before you’ll be able to disarm the bomb, you will have to
participate in a few mini-games. Start off by opening a safe (#1). After that, you will have to
hack into the system (#2). Having one of the better upgrades will allow you to finish this
action automatically. SAVE your current progress.

You will be able to disarm the bomb by finishing a new kind of mini-game. Thankfully, it’s
going to be very similiar to assembling mines for Kinshasa. Start off by lowering the main
part of the device (#1). The objective here is to grab the core of the bomb (#2). Additionally,
you won’t be allowed to touch the casing. Just as before, observe the cross-hair. You will
have to make sure that it stays in the green area (use movement keys).

Make sure that you’ve taken the core. You will have to press the other mouse button. This
will allow you to pull the core (#1). Once again, you won’t be allowed to touch the casing.
Keep using the movement keys. It’s going to be a little more difficult to control the device, but
I’m sure that you won’t have to repeat this mini-game. Once you’ve pulled the core, a short
message should appear on your screen (#2).

You will have to wait for a short cut-scene to pop up on your screen (#1; #2). This is THE
END of the last main mission of the game. You will have to wait for one of three possible
endings to start.

ENDINGS
„Splinter Cell: Double Agent” has three endings. You won’t have to worry about this feature
throughout the entire game. There are only three actions that will affect the outcome of the
singleplayer campaign:
1) The eighth mission of the game: Blowing up the cruise ship. Allowing the terrorists to
detonate the bomb: +1. Jamming the singal or framing Enrica: 0.
2) The ninth mission of the game: Killing Hisham (he’s the CIA agent). Killing Hisham with
the sniper rifle: +1. Saving Hisham’s life: 0.
3) The tenth mission of the game: Killing Lambert who is being held by the members of the
JBA organization. Killing Lambert: +1. Killing Jamie who’s standing in the same room: 0.
The worst ending
You will have to do following things: Scoring 2 or 3 points. NSA trust meter: <33% (it
shouldn’t be much of a problem; you will have to ignore most of the NSA tasks).
Mediocre ending
You will have to do following things: Scoring 0 points. NSA trust meter: <33%. You will also
be able to unlock this ending if you have scored 2 points, but you have a higher trust with
the NSA (>33%).
The best ending
You will have to do following things: Scoring 0 or1 points. NSA trust meter: >33%. Unlocking
this ending will allow you to participate in a BONUS MISSION, that’s going to take place on a
small coast guard boat. You will have to stop Moss from detonating a bomb.

Mission 11 [BONUS][NYC – Coast Guard Boat]


MISSION OBJECTIVES:

The bonus mission is going to be very short. Also, you shouldn’t have any problems finishing
it. You will have to get on board a coast guard boat. The terrorists are using it to smuggle a
bomb to New York. Start off by using a small ladder (#1). Make sure that you’re crouching
here. You won’t have any guns, so you should be careful. Some of the terrorists (including
Moss) are standing here. You will have to wait for this conversation to end.

You will have to wait for the enemies to return to their posts. Start moving forward (#1). You
can’t stay here for too long, because one of the guards is heading your way. There’s a small
tunnel under the stairs. Use it to reach one of the cabins (#2).

You will find yourself inside a small cabin. Open the door. Turn right and head on to the next
room. There aren’t any terrorists here, however you shouldn’t make too much noise. You
should be able to find a ladder here (#1). Use it to reach the bridge area. As you’ve probably
noticed, Moss is standing here (#2). Make sure that he’s not looking your way. You will have
to surprise him.

Start walking towards Moss. You will have to be very careful. Try grabbing him (#1). The
struggle between Fisher and Moss is fully scripted, so you won’t have to do anything in
particular. Moss is going to be killed by our main hero (#2). Once again, you will have to be
careful. Make sure that no one heard the struggle. You could consider going back to the
ladder, however it shouldn’t come to this.

There’s only one more thing for you to do here. You will have to disarm the last bomb (#1).
Thankfully, you won’t have to take part in any mini-games. Just make sure that you have
opened the device. The boat is going to be attacked by other coast guard units. Once you’ve
disabled the bomb, turn around and head on to a nearby door (#2).

Open the door and exit the bridge. An interesting cut-scene will appear on your screen (#1;
#2). Fisher manages to escape from the exploding ship. CONGRATULATIONS! You’ve finished
the game with the best possible ending!
