Mission:
Provides hospitalization and outpatient services for all classes of patients within the theater.
Vision:
Provide modular, flexible, scalable healthcare in support of the COCOM’s Unified Land
Operations (ULO). Train, Equip, and Assist Soldiers, Civilians, and Family Members to
accomplish their duties and goals.

– Surgical Specialties: General, Ortho, OB/Gyn & Oral Maxillo-Facial
(OMF) Surgery
– 36 Operating Room (OR) table hours per day (18 hours per OR table x 2
tables) – once fully complexed

• Alert, marshal, and deploy within 18 hours of notification
• Establish operational site in 90 minutes for forward resuscitative surgical capability
• Conduct operations for up to 30 critically wounded casualties over 72 hours prior to resupply
• Can modify deployment package to meet mission requirements
– Conduct non-doctrinal split-team operations with augmentation
– 2 echelons
– Movement by ground, air, or sea
