    A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE ROSE MARIE


    “BABY” ARENAS, CONGRESSWOMAN, 3RD DISTRICT OF PANGASINAN,
    PANGASINAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) CLASSROOMS FOR ANO
    ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

    WHEREAS, the two (2) Grade Five classes are temporarily using the covered
    court as their classrooms;

    WHEREAS, the nonexistence of classrooms will surely lead to disheartening


    possibilities like poor teaching-learning processes, low academic achievement,
    and absenteeism of the learners;

    WHEREAS, if the disheartening possibilities happen, the ultimate mission of the


    school which is to empower its learners through quality education will not be
    realized, hence, the vicious cycle of social ills will not be eradicated;

    THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Teaching


    and Non-Teaching Staff, PTA, and the Barangay Council respectfully request
    Hon. Rose Marie “ Baby” Arenas to allocate funds for the construction of two (2)
    classrooms in Ano Elementary School;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Hon. Rose


    Marie “ Baby” Arenas for information and consideration of the request;

    DONE in Ano Elementary School, Ano, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on the 21 st
    day of September in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and twenty.
