Why is camera movement important?

Camera movement enhance the story/narrative. Different angle shots are

used to help build tension or highlight an emotion, and taking us to the
action. They also can communicate meaning or words without any dialogs
as well as directing the audience attention where it is needed. Each shot
was purposefully use to create some sort of meaning or feeling in each
scene.

A camera shot that I find interesting is the Vertigo Stretch shot. This dolly
shot focuses on an object or a person staying in one place as the
background moves further away or when the setting becomes more
closer as we move back from the object. This shot is good in action
movies where we can sense tension or something bad about to happen
like in spider-man no way home, where Peter’s spider sense went off,
making the audience be a part of that supernatural skill whilst alerting
them that there may be action about to happen.
