Letter of Intent

Hi Aadya,

Considering your performance during your internship tenure, we are pleased to inform
you that we would like to extend to you a letter of intent for a full-time position with SaaS
Labs as a Business Analyst with the Strategy team.

We are proposing to offer you the below mentioned compensation, break-up of the offer
mentioned below:

Total CTC- INR 10,00,000 per annum.

Fixed Component: Rs 9,09,090 per Annum
Variable Component (Performance Based): Rs. 90,910 per annum

Please note that the validity of this LOI is subject to us receiving your final graduation
degree completion certificate. We would be extending you an official offer letter and
employment agreement subject to your completion of the final year of graduation.

Your tentative date of joining along with the employment agreement would be
communicated to you in the month of April 2022.
