    Dear Sir,

    Request For SIWES Placement: Akachukwu Divine Macfoy/20CD028229/300L

    Following the policy of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) on Students Industrial Training, it is
    mandatory for all our 300 level students in science courses and 400 level students in Engineering, Estate
    Management and Building Technology Programmes to undertake six months industrial training,
    otherwise known as The Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

    Given this, I write to introduce the above-named student who is studying Industrial Mathematics in
    the Department of Mathematics, College of Science and Technology to you for placement in your
    reputable organization from March 1st to August 31st, 2023

    Upon your acceptance of this student, kindly forward a copy of his/her letter of engagement to
    SIWES@covenantuniversity.edu.ng and also indicate the branch of your Company the student is
    deployed to observe the training and its location address as well as the e-mail of the Head, Human
    Resource for further processing.
