Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy

It is the policy of PROFAB to establish and communicate the Company's policy

concerning the protection of the Health and Safety of the Employees and the
prevention of environmental pollution with respect to the Company's business
activities and operations.

Helping to define, establish and incorporate HSE responsibility and accountability

through every level creates value for our customers. Our vision is to create an
incident-free environment and to conduct business with no adverse environmental
impact.

We will achieve this by the following principle objectives:

 Ensuring that no activity takes priority over Health, Safety and Environment.
 To develop safety awareness amongst the staff.
 To equip the staff with the information, instructions, training and supervision
needed for safe working.
 To maintain safe and healthy work places, systems and methods of work.
 Striving to Complying with all HSE laws and regulations.
 Ensuring that HSE is everyone's responsibility by promoting continuous
improvement and learning on HSE.
 Educating every employee, subcontractor and customer representative on the
personal responsibility for HSE

In order to achieve these objectives, it is necessary to continually improve and update

our systems, target company goals and measurable HSE objectives, which are set
and reviewed within the framework of the Management Review meetings.

This policy and associated procedures are regularly reviewed in order to maintain
their effectiveness in enhancing the company’s performance.
