Environmental, Health & Safety Policy

THE COMPANY recognises that it is in the interest of all who work for the Company that we
provide healthy and safe working conditions.
Active co-operation and communication from all employees within the business will promote a safe
and healthy environment, with the belief that safe management is good management and should be
measured alongside other objectives of all employees and senior management.
We recognise that accidents cause injury and suffering to people, and damage to property, plant
and product. We will ensure that our business is managed safely and that accidents are prevented.
Accurate reporting and recording of all incidents and accidents shall be undertaken to assist with
future injury prevention within THE COMPANY and areas where THE COMPANY is offering its
services.

We will provide a safe and healthy working environment. We regard Government legislation and
Codes of Practice as minimum standards, which should be improved upon wherever it is reasonable
to do so. Corporate direction, policies, programs and best practices shall be included in all aspects
of continued process improvement.

We aim for excellence in safety performance. We all have responsibility to safeguard our actions,
either by instruction or example and must not put other people or company plant or property at
risk.
We will ensure that each of us is provided with the skill, resources and motivation to understand
and fulfil our part in contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

In order to achieve these objectives I - Mr. CEO , THE COMPANY shall take the responsibility to:
• Provide sufficient resources for health and safety inclusive training;
• Allow active participation from all employees;
• Review policy annually;
• Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all staff and visitors

I also would like to notify that our company will follow zero tolerance policy towards alcohol
and drug-free workplace.

Employees shall at all times take responsibility to:


 Ensure the health and safety of themselves, co-workers and anyone else who may be effected
 by their actions by taking all practicable steps
 Undertake safe working procedures at all times and use all protective equipment as required
 Actively participate in all areas of health and safety
 Report all incidents, accidents, hazards, unsafe work practices and conditions on any site that
 they may be required to work on
