    IO submitted that NBWs against the accused could not be


    executed and an application for issuance of NBWs against the accused has
    been filed by the IO. Since none has appeared on behalf of the accused, let
    fresh NBWs issued to the accused and notice to his surety, returnable on
    24.05.2023.
