Shri Ankit Sharma, I.O is present through video conferencing.
During the course of arguments it has transpired that main accused Ms.

Manisha Chandok, Manager of Buldhana Co-operative Society is absconding

since the date of registration of case at crime No. 389/2020 on 29.10.2020.
No plausible explanation is coming forthwith for not apprehending the
main accused. It is a matter of grave concern.
As assured by the Panel Lawyer as well as the Investigating Officer that
within a week's time all efforts shall be made for arresting the main accused,
hearing of the case is deferred for a week. It is made clear that if the main
accused still remains absconding, the possibility of serious action against I.O.
by this Court is not ruled out.

On the next date of hearing, Investigating Officer with SHO and DSP
of the area shall remain present.
List on 18.01.2021.
Copy of the order be supplied to the learned Panel Lawyer for official
use and onward transmission.
