C Observations:
1. On 30.04.2022 total production quantity has not been counted result of which wasatge % is showing excessive high. As a result uncounted FG has been shifted to next mo
quantity of FG has been higher for which wasatge % is found compratively lower than as usal day wise wastage % as shown in the days of the April Month.
2. There has been deviation in recording wastage by the production as reported. Wasatge % differs from early recording data to selling data for which prodcution is working
to provide accurate data so that early wastagew record & selling record become similar.
3. As per advice by OD wastage record will be maintained through 5 break up heads as shown above which will be record on daily , weekly and monthly basis to make action
