B. Research/Extension/Instruction:
 As researcher of PCA-DRC, successfully implemented research and development projects
that not only gained national recognition but were adopted by our clienteles and
acknowledged by funding partners
 As member of several inter-agency teams i.e. DOST‟s External Regional Technical
Evaluation Committee, Davao Food Safety Team and DTI‟s TWG for coconut cluster,
deeply involved in planning, decision making, partnering, networking, implementing for
effective delivery of services and involved in the writing or development of workbooks and
modules
 As trainer on the production of Bioorganic Fertilizer, Food Safety Systems- GAP, GMP,
HACCP, FSMS 22000 and Specialized Coconut Agrotechnology Courses, championed the
utilization of generated technological innovations, assisted food processors become
compliant to regulatory and statutory requirements and capacitated budding coconut
extension workers.
 As Adjunct Professor of the UP-Mindanao and technical supervisor of On the Job Trainees
and Student Interns, instill work ethics in research and the need to manage information
 As technical evaluator/consultant of FPA and DOST, assisted fertilizer producers become
compliant with regulatory requirements and guide SMEs, mostly coconut based, in
upgrading current production processes meeting local and international standards.
