Nation with NaMo: The Graduate Impact Leadership Program (GILP) 2024

When you picture yourself at the beginning of your career, what comes to your mind? A cubicle.
A 9 to 5 job. Building excel models to structure financial products. Hustling to launch a product
in a new city. Pitching your business idea to potential investors. Being part of a larger software
team working on a subset of a project. Researching various positions of law and advising
clients.

We are confident that most likely you will end up doing these things as part of a reputed
organisation, working with good people in a steady job. And there is nothing wrong with that. If
you are satisfied with this picture, you can stop reading this now. We wish you all the best for a
successful career.

However, if this is not enough for you, picture this. Sitting in a village understanding the local
issues and political trends. Brainstorming with your team using such insights to design an
election campaign. Discussing election campaign strategy with political stakeholders. Crafting
the message that shapes public opinion. Getting involved in the grass-root implementation for
taking the campaign to the masses. Coming up with policy suggestions for election manifestos.
Crunching data real-time to predict electoral outcomes. Observing your work having real impact
on real people by solving real problems. And doing all this while supporting Prime Minister Modi
and his party in their vision to build a new India.

If any of this sounds appealing to you, we have a role for you. If creating real impact is your
priority, then we welcome you to the Graduate Impact Leadership Program (GILP).

What does GILP offer ?

Every year, lakhs of bright minds graduate from top educational institutes in India but most of
them join the corporate sector. The best minds in our country rarely get an opportunity to tackle
the most critical problems facing our nation. GILP aims to bridge this gap.

For college graduates, GILP is a four year program where young idealistic graduates who are
interested in nation building can collaborate with and contribute to the political ecosystem
through direct interactions. GILP is the most ambitious talent development program in our space
and is in line with the best programs globally in the corporate world.

1. Unique Experience: You will get a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a fulfilling career in

passionate and talented individuals who will constantly challenge, support and work with you to

professionals who have pioneered the evolution of this space and undertaken various electoral
campaigns across the country.
