With due respect, I would like to inform you that I am Md Mahmudul Hassan I have taken a
Credit Card facility from your Bank. My Credit Card number is 4587630001090973

Currently Business Close And Financial Problem That’s why; I could not repay my installments
rehularlt. Now I am willing to settle the card liability and I will pay BDT- 170,000/- And Legal
cost Purpose BDT 10,000/- Total Deposit BDT 180,000/- (One Lac eighty thousand taka only)
With in 30.09.23 Please consider my above situation.

I therefore pray and that you would be kind enough to close my Credit card, withdrawn the
case no Artho-1248/22 After payment of settlement amount & give me NOC as early as possible.
