When analyzing a set of data, it's important to consider which questions can be answered
statistically and which cannot. In this case, it has been determined that only questions 2, 6, 8,
and 9 have answers that can be expressed in a statistical format. Therefore, any statistics
presented will be limited to these specific questions. It's crucial to keep in mind that statistical
analysis is not always appropriate or possible for every type of question or data set, and
alternative methods of analysis may need to be employed.
Graphs (Bar and Pie graphs with given percentage)
After collecting data, the next step is often to analyze and visualize the data in order to better
understand it. The way we used to achieve this is through the use of graphical representations,
such as bar graphs and pie charts.
When collecting data, it's important to use tools and resources that can help you efficiently and
effectively gather and organize the information. In this particular task, several tools were utilized
to collect and manage the data.
Firstly, a Google Form was used to create a survey or questionnaire to collect data from the
participants. In addition to Google Forms, Messenger was also utilized as a tool for data
collection. It was likely used to collect data through individual or group chats, depending on the
type of information being gathered.

To manage the collected data, Google Drive and Google Sheets were used. With these tools,
data collected from Google Forms and Messenger can be easily stored, accessed, and
analyzed in an organized manner.
Finally, Microsoft Word was also utilized in this task. It may have been used to create reports or
summaries of the data collected, or to create any necessary written communication related to
the task.

By utilizing these tools, the process of data collection and management can be streamlined,
efficient, and accurate, ultimately leading to more insightful and informed conclusions.
