RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT OF RENT is made and executed on this 22nd of august Two Thousand and
Twenty One (22-09-2021) between::-
1. Sri, T Narasimhulu
S/O, Late Peddaih
Aged about 57 years,
Residing at No.1197, 22rd Cross,
24th Main Road,Parangipalya
HSR Layout, Bangalore-560102.

Hereinafter called the “OWNER” of the ONE PART and

1. Mr, chavvakula m.v.v.s.n havi


Aged about 36 Years,
s/O, Mr. maruthi prasad

Residing at:79/1. Market street cheruku palli Guntur Andhra Pradesh 522309

Hereinafter called as the “TENANT” of the OTHER PART.

WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Sri, T,Narasimhulu is the sole and absolute Owner of the premises
bearing Residing at: Flat No.P06,( P06 ) “KUMARI LOTUS” Fourth Halanayakanahalli
junnasandra bangalore 560035and Owner intended to let-out the said premises to the Tenant,
and Tenant is willing to occupy the same. Now this agreement witnesses that the terms and
conditions as follows:-

1. The Owner has agreed to let out the above said premises to the Tenant for a monthly
rent of Rs.12000 /- (RUPEES TWELWE THOUSEND ONLY), Excluding Maintanance,
the Tenant has agreed to occupy the same House and to pay the said rent.

2. The Tenant has occupied the premises on 01-04-2021 and the tenancy will be a period
of 11 Months (ELEVEN MONTHS) from the date of occupation of the House, and it can be
renewed for further eleven months with the mutual consent of owner and Tenant by
increasing of 5% mutually.

3. The Tenant has paid a sum of Rs.60,000 /- (RUPEES SIXTY THOUSEND ONLY)
towards the “SECURITY DEPOSIT” by way of Cash.
4. The Owner will refund the said security deposit to the Tenant at the time of vacating the
said House and this security deposit will bear no interest.

5. The rent is effected from 22-09-2021 the Tenant has to pay the rent to the owner on or
before 10th of every subsequent calendar month.

6. The Tenant shall bear the cost of Electricity charge bills to the BESCOM, Excluding rent
to house share regularly.
7. It is hereby agreed that either the OWNER or the TENANT shall have the option at any
time to terminate the rent agreement by giving ONE MONTH notice of such intention
terminate the rent agreement.

8. The terms owner and tenant shall mean and include their respective heirs, legal
representatives, administrators and assigns.

9. That the Lessee shall paint the house of the same quality of paints and colour of paints
or the Lessee shall pay the one month rent painting charges to the Lessor while vacate
and handover the vacant house to the Lessor.

All that pieces and parcel of the schedule property Residing at: Flat No.P06
Halanayakanahalli junnasandra bangalore 560035and ut, Bangalore-560068. With
Consisting One Hall, Dining Hall, Two Bed Rooms, One Kitchen, one attached Bathroom
and Toilet with one common bathroom & Toilet.
