RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental agreement is Made, And executed on 17/01/2024

Residing At No. 184/1, South Cross Street, Neelasandra, Bangalore-560047.

Hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR” (Owner) of the ONE PART

Was Residing at No. 16, Bazaar Street, Opp CMP Gate Neelasandra, Bangalore-
560047.

Hereinafter referred to as the “LESSEE”(Tenant) of the OTHER PART.

The Terms LESSOR and LESSEE Shall Mean and Include Their Respective Heirs,
Executors, Administrator, Legal Representatives, Successors and Assignees,
Wherever the Context So Permits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) ADVANCE: The total security Deposit is sum Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy
Thousand Only) by the owner without any interest at the time of vacating the
schedule premises.

2) RENT:The Monthly Rent payable by the Lessee to the LESSOR for the schedule
property shall be Rs. 11,000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Only)This Amount
Shall Be Paid Every Month By 10th Day Of Every Month.

3) DURATION: The Rental Agreement Shall be for a period of 11 (Eleven) Months


commencing From 17/01/2024

4) GOOD CONDITION : The LESSEE shall maintain the schedule property and all
fixtures and fittings in a state of good order and condition and shall not cause
any damage or disfigurement to the schedule property therein.

5) NO SUBLET : The LESSEE shall not be entitled or permitted to assign, underlet


or sublet the schedule premises or any part thereof or part thereof Or Part with
possession of the above described property or any part thereof to anybody
whatsoever.

6) USER PROPERTY : The Schedule Property Shall Be Used By The Tenant Only
For RESIDENTIAL PURPOSEand should keep the house in good condition no
any damages shall be caused.

7) NO DAMAGES: The tenant shall not cause any kind of damages in the area of
living to any installation, fittings any damages are found the tenant has to pay
the cost of damages.

8) NOTICE: Terminating Of Lease 2 (Two) Months’ Notice in writing may


terminate this agreement by either parties.

9) ELECTRICITY AND WATER CHARGES:- The Tenant shall pay the electricity &
water charges separately as per the bills to the Concerned authorities every
month without fail.

10) PAINTING CHARGES: The Owner has painted the entire house at the time for
delivery of the house to the tenant shall pay the re painting charges to the lessor
while vacating the premises or one month rent shall be deducted from the
security deposit.

SCHEDULE ADDRESS

The Tenant’s scheduled at No. 184/1, South Cross Street, Neelasandra,


Bangalore-560047. Consist of One Hall, Two Bedrooms, One Kitchen with
Bathroom and Toilet (R.C.O Roofed) with water and electricity facilities.

In witness where of the LESSOR and the LESSEE have signed the deed of
Rental/Lease agreement on the day month and year above written.
