This proposal outlines a strategic housing development project in La Paix
Commewijne, Suriname, designed to address the critical need for affordable housing

La Paix, Commewijne is facing a housing crisis, with a significant portion of its
population living in inadequate and unsafe housing conditions. The proposed housing
development project aims to provide affordable, safe, and sustainable housing
options for the local community.

3. Project Objectives
The primary objectives of this project are as follows:
• Provide Affordable Housing: To construct a housing complex offering
affordable housing units for low-income families.
• Improve Living Conditions: To enhance the quality of life for residents by
providing safe, modern, and energy-efficient housing.
• Promote Sustainability: To incorporate eco-friendly design and construction
practices, minimizing the project's environmental footprint.
