information; it involves connecting with students, understanding their needs, and
nurturing their growth.

As a mission, teaching involves a sense of purpose that extends beyond the classroom.
Educators strive to mold young minds, instill values, and prepare students for their
futures. It’s about fostering a sense of responsibility towards shaping the next generation
and contributing to the betterment of society as a whole.

from manual to technological advancement. This is because technology truly helps

communicate with them. Third is facilitation and engagement, the guidance of the
teachers inside the classroom are the key determinants on how successful the whole class
is. If the teacher cannot facilitate the students properly then the engagement of the
learners will not be given either. Assessing the organization of the teachers will make a
better impact inside the classroom. Lastly is the flexibility and adaptability, this
competencies is significantly related to the competencies that the teacher should possess

being flexible to your environment and being adaptive to the changes happening in the
surrounding is a must. Why? Because although you came prepared your daily basis as a

competencies.
There still many competencies that the teacher should possess in order for them to
make changes and create a ready and equipped learners in the future.

expectations of a teacher as a person.
What the teacher needs to do in order to meet with the high expectations of the
society is nothing. Why? Expectations of other people will only lead to being pressured
to something that you wanted to be good at. What the teacher needs to do is to do their
best in their jobs so that they will be able to feel the satisfaction to themselves. Society
cannot tell you how to do your job, it only tells you if you did great in your profession.
The only society expectations you need to meet is how you are going to create and build
a youth to be a skilled learners that sooner lead our country.
