    Dear Mr. Lee:

    Your shipment of the Word processing software that we ordered on May 2 was
    delivered yesterday. The problem with this order is that your company only sent us 1
    Word processing software instead of 3 as we expected. Moreover, we are still being
    charged for the other missing 2 Word processing software.

    We feel quite disappointed with this order. We have ordered from your company
    several times before and have never had any problems.

    We have signed for the shipment, but we will refund the invoice and do not accept
    orders yet. We will wait for all 3 copies of Word processing software to be delivered at
    the same time. Please send the remaining 2 copies of Word processing software before
    May 10

    We appreciate you taking care of this problem.
