B. 10th Class Passing Certificate.
C. 12th Class Mark Sheet.
D. 12th Passing Certificate.
E. Migration Certificate / Transfer Certificate.
F. NEET Admit Card 2022.
G. NEET Score Card 2022.
H. 6 Passport size Photographs of student.
I. Copy of Adhaar Card.
J. At the time of admission Undertaking and Affidavits need to be submitted on Rs 10
stamp paper, Format for those are given on our college website .Student will be able to
start classes only after submitting those.
 IMPORTANT NOTE

• A/C room facility in hostel available on request and subject to availability.

• Hostel rules are mentioned in Admission Booklet. These rules are strictly to be complied
with. Hostel Fee subject to change annually.
• Air Conditioner will be provided only in required months and during Non- College hours.
• Every student has to submit 5 Post Dated Cheques of Tution Fee and Hostel Fee for
upcoming years of their course at the time of Admission. Cheques should be in favour of GS
Medical College and Hospital.
• If the Student tends to leave the course in between, then Full Fee for remaining years of the
course needs to be paid.

All Fees to be only paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD) OR RTGS.
