Place the test sample onto the test rig, then press it by a roller or plastic hammer adequately. Leave the sample at least 24 hrs at room temperature for curing then cover the steel top plate and secured it by bolts, nuts and spacer to make 1mm gap. ‘Submerge the whole test rig in to a water tank for one (1) day. Conduct test commencing from gap setting approximately 1 mm & zero water pressure then apply step incremental test pressure of 1 bar, 3 bar and 4 bar. Set the test pressure to 1 bar. Initial holding time of 5 minutes, observe for one hour then subsequently check periodically until that the test sample can seal the leakage. Record the number of days the sample required to stop the leakage.
