    1. This is with reference to REPORT on:

    Applicant: Foshen Ideirce Co., LTD [CN]

    2. In response to No. 1 of the Report, there is no English translation


    for the mark because “ideirce” is not a common word in any language.

    3. As to No. 2, the applicant is amenable to amending the description


    of the colors from “White, Fuschia” to “White, Red”.

    4. Attached is a duly signed Power of Attorney appointing the


    undersigned to represent the Principal in all matters affecting the registration of
    its trademarks.
