of families, and it can lead to health issues if you

insecurity can develop from a range of different
causes, which is why I believe I should research it. A
few of these causes include poverty and
unemployment. I believe this research is important
to studying families as it will help me get a deeper

nutritional requirements. The purpose of this research is to find potential solutions that can help people get more
access to sufficient healthy food, and to help reduce the effects food insecurity has on families. Apart from hunger,
food insecurity can also cause other health issues within the family, such as emotional, and physical stress. Food
insecurity is caused by a variety of factors, some of which are poverty and unemployment, and therefore, researching
food insecurity is important because it will help identify strategies to prevent it, and make sure everyone has access
to sufficient, healthy food. This research will help me gain a better understanding of how food insecurity affects
families.
