3. Adjectives: Adjectives are words used to describe or explain nouns. They provide
additional information about the object or person being discussed. Examples: “beautiful,”
“big,” “smart.”
4. Adverbs: Adverbs are words used to provide additional information about a verb, adjective,
or other adverb in a sentence. They explain how, when, where, or to what extent an action or
state occurs. Examples: “quickly,” “carefully,” “yesterday.”
By understanding these types of parts of speech, you can build more varied and descriptive
sentences in the language. Example sentence: "The boy (noun) was running (verb) quickly
(adverb) towards the beautiful garden (adjective)."
