NOTICE OF TECHNICAL CONFERENCE

the notice of transfer of ownership from Smart Communications, Inc. and Digitel Mobile
Philippines, Inc. to edotco Towers, Inc. of additional thirty-eight (38) cell towers within
MIMAROPA Region.

Relative thereto, you or your duly authorized representative is hereby invited for an
in-person Technical Conference on 24 October 2022 (Monday) at 10:00 AM, at the Office of
the Regional Director, EMB MIMAROPA Region, 6 th Floor DENR By The Bay Building,
1515 Roxas Boulevard, Ermita, Manila.
