D. Statement of the Problem:


This study aimed to determine the students satisfaction towards food
and service quality in food strip of Calasiao, Pangasinan. Also, this
research sought to determine the significance impact of food strip food
and service quality on student satisfaction. Specifically, this study
targeted the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:


a. Name (Optional)
b. Age
c. Gender
d. Strand
e. Allowance

2. What is the level of students satisfaction to the food and service in


food strip as the following:
a. Ambience
b. Cleanliness
c. Taste of Food
d. Nutritional Value

3. What are the actions or suggestions for the improvement of Calasiao

description, reviews and promotion, influence consumer perceived risks , and consumer
satisfaction. Specifically, the study will explore the following question.

3. How does consumer satisfaction with online shopping relate to sales and marketing methods
used by online stores?
4. What are the most effective sales and marketing methods for online stores to increase
consumer satisfaction and reduce perceived risk?
