Re: Final Demand to Vacate the Property

Dear Gentlepersons:

Good day!

I write on behalf of our clients, Maria Camille S. Bonifacio and Remigio S. Bonifacio III.

This is in connection to your unlawful occupation of our clients’ parcel of land covered
by TCT No. 004-2022005770 and located at Lot 3, Block 12, Daisy St., Barangay West,
Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Records of our client shows the structures built on the site. The barangay helped the
survey team, previewed on the lot, and found the names addressed in this letter as
unlawfully occupying with houses built on, and a lot grown with several trees and
plants, provided with a net blue fence and a gate made of wood, rust galvanized iron
sheet, and barb wire bearing the signage “12 Daisy St.” Attached herein are the Title,
report of the Geodetic Engineer, and Survey Plan as Annexes “A”, “B”, and “C”,
respectively.

Due to the forgoing, demand is hereby made for you to Vacate the premises within ten
(10) days from receipt of this demand.

Failure on your part to do the same, as we were instructed by our clients, we will be
constrained to file and institute the appropriate legal action to vindicate our clients’
grievances.

Fail not to heed this demand to avoid the inconvenience, expense, and embarrassment
of a lawsuit. Please feel free to communicate your response or queries through mail,
email, or phone call/SMS.
