RC BLOSSOMS – MAINTENANCE FEE REDUCED BY RS.100/- PER

MONTH PER FLAT

Hi all,

Sub: Maintenance fee reduction of Rs.100/- per month/per flat for the coming two
Quarters on trial basis, as communicated already thru email on July 30, 2015
after GB Meeting.

Based on surplus fund Calculation and few cost saving plan (on positive
side) and also considering unexpected breakdown
expenses (negative side), we are in a position to take this decision on trial basis
for coming two Quarters and based on the Income & Expenditure structure we
finalise the Maintenance fee, that time.

The new Maintenance fee per quarter per flat is: Rs.6600/-

Note: This is applicable for next two Quarters,(October 2015-December 2015) &
(Jan 2016-March 2016) and if any change, will be intimated by first week of
March 2016.

Please note that, any arrear Maint. Fee payment for the previous Quarters
should be as per previous structure only, that is Rs.6900 per Quarter per
flat
