Telecommuting (ESSAY)

Due to the progress and competition in today’s modern world, choosing a certain business, which could
bring numerous beneficial effects for people, is one of the major issues. In my opinion, telecommuting
because of its many advantages could be a suitable choice for working. Not only it allows people to save
time and concentrate on their duties more efficiently but also leaves quality time for their families.

To start with, time is one of the most precious factors for each person. It is undeniable that working on
computer at home instead of wasting many hours travelling to the office will save a considerable
amount of time. Therefore, individuals could commence another activity, or even spend more time on
their interests and hobbies. Having some time for doing something interesting will increase the quality
of one’s work and life. Furthermore, by staying at home, employees could do their tasks in a
comfortable room along with their family. Thereby, they will experience less stress and more efficiency,
which is perfect for both workers and clients. On top of that, being at home allows one to take better
care of his children and thus give the family support and understanding.

What’s more, there is no doubt that for their daily traveling to the office, people in most cases will have
to use their own cars or the public transportation. Unfortunately, all of these cause air pollution and
even noise pollution, which in the long term have negative effects for both the mankind and the Earth.
In addition, the chance of having an accident, being stuck in a traffic jam or catching a cold in rainy or
snowy days is much bigger than staying at home and accomplishing duties.

To conclude, telecommuting could be a suitable choice for people to save their time and take care of
their children as well as protect the nature for the next generations.
