health services. Only 3 out of 10 respondents have used mental health services to consult
with a mental health professional at a healthcare facility or via telemedicine apps.

respondents in choosing a mental health service. On the other hand, most respondents
who have never accessed any mental health services said they feel no need to consult,
believe they can find their way out, and think that the service is costly.
