Project Idea
My project idea mainly is about mobile trucks, which is mean that I am going to combine
the existing mobile trucks such as truck for repairing, maintenance, and washing the cars
and I am going to add new ones such as trucks for charging the electric cars that are needed
to charge its battery somewhere because there is now a problem with the owners of electric
cars to find a place to charge his/ her car and at the same time don’t waste their time, and
trucks as barber salon and hairdresser for both men and women and put them all under one
company and make a mobile application and website for the reserving of these trucks to be
available for everyone in anywhere to order one these trucks depending on his/her needs.

Value Proposition
Here when it comes to the value that I am going to deliver to my customer first value will
be the time because the main idea depending on the time and about how you can just order
a car and finish anything Infront of your home or during your work hours even when you
are on your bed, and the second value that I am going to deliver is the quality because there
is no need for something with time-saving and at the same time with low quality so the
quality is very important as well, and my mission is to save time to my customer and at the
same time provide their needs with high quality and third value will be the flexibility and
facilitating the process by adding an option for choosing a specific time by the customers
and select his own programme.

Target Market & Segments


My segments will be depending on the services that I am going to provide and it depends
on what kind of truck for example for the salon barber trucks here I am going to divide the
segments depending on the age It will focus on the old people because sometimes they
cannot go to the traditional barber because their health problems and also, the second
segment will be depending on the businessmen because sometimes they are cannot going
to the traditional barber as well because their no time in their schedules and the third
segment will be for the grooms and the bride to save their time and manage the wedding
day for them so they can make an order for the truck and it will be Infront of their homes
at their free time or even Infront of their work and the most advantage here they will not
waste a time in waiting for someone before them as it happening in the traditional one.
And for the trucks that have a charger for the electric cars, I am going to target high-class
people because the price of the electric cars is high, so I am going to provide them charger
anywhere they order the truck for charging their cars without wasting their time or waiting
for their cars to full charge as it happing in the traditional charger stations.

Partners & Resources


As we know each project and each idea has to coordinate with partner and one the factors
that affecting the success of the idea is who is your partner, if your partner has a good
reputation, you will gain a good reputation and vice versa. Because we are not sharing only
the profit and liability but sharing the reputation as well.
First of all, I am going to coordinate with my intermediates as a partner and I will divide
them into groups for examples one of the main resources is the trucks so one of my
intermediates will provide me the trucks from one of the cars companies as a supplier and
there will be a lot of resources that I am going to need inside the truck depending on the
kind of it such as the machines, people who are going to work inside these trucks such,
barber, mechanistic, makeup artist…etc.
Also, for the trucks for the electric cars for charging them because there is a problem with
the electric cars owners when they want to charge their cars.
As we know the sustainable development concept has 4 pillars which are (Economic,
Ecology, Social, Human) so according to these pillars my project’s core value is the social
and at the same time will affect the human because I am focusing on facilitating their life
and make it more speed and effective and easy for example for the electric cars I am going
to depend on renewable energy for charge the power bank that will charge the cars so in
that way I am encoring the people to buy and use electric cars by solving any problem for
having electric cars such as charger and at the same time don’t pollute the environment.

Sustainability Justice
Is the same concept of sustainable development but the difference here is how we are going
to improve and enhance at all the 4 pillars without ignoring one of them for example not
get attention to the environment and ignoring the stability of economy.
So, for my project I have to get attention at all side not just on the core value of the project.
I am going to improve the social and the human life and at the same time will not pollute
the environment and increase my carbon foot print also will get attention to the economy
such provide more opportunities in order to decrease the unemployment rate and improve
the economic situation in my country.

Situational Analysis
For doing situational analysis for any project there are many tools to do it but the most
typical used tools are (SWOT analysis and PESTLE analysis), and I am going to analysis
my project by the swot analysis tool.
• Internal Analysis
The internal environment of my project has many advantages depending on my
resources such as differentiation, innovation, and technology.
So, for the internal situation of my company I have many opportunities to compete
in the market and to enter the market with new ideas to have a little competition
and to fill the gap in the needs of the customers such as service for charging the
electric cars in order to solve the problem of having few numbers of charging
stations for these cars here in Egypt.
• Customer analysis
First of all, customer analysis is a tool to identify who are my potential customer
and why they are going to use my product, and is this product or service meets their
needs or not.
So, as I mentioned in the target market the majority of my customers will be the
electric cars owners and entrepreneurs to make their life more easy and well
organized and at the same time save their time.
• The External Environment
Any new company has to identify the environment that it will be working in and
has to identify its competitors in order to provide something they do not provide or
provide the same product or service but with high quality and more efficiency.
Also, the economic situation for my project will be better along time because I am
going to provide services that will grow over the time and the demand for my
services will grow more and more over the time and the same time, I am going to
maintain the newest technology in the way of providing my services such as
applications and websites and will change over the change with the technological
trends because I am going to take in my consideration the changes that are always
happening to my customers such as being more technical oriented people to cope
with the environmental changes.

The link between speed providing services and speed lifestyle will be through technologies
and relationships with the customers and the facility of the system being used through
mobile application and website, so that is one of the competitive advantages of my project
is how to cope with the changing of the environment and with the changing of the lifestyle
and at the same time being friendly with the environment to make sure that I am facilitating
people’s life without damaging the environment, also encourage people to use products
don’t damage the environment such as electric cars because when they see that they can
charge their car anywhere and at any time so it can make it more convincing for buying
these cars. The main goal of my project is to facilitate people’s life and save time and effort
for entrepreneurs in their working life.

My project focuses on facilitate people’s life by giving them easy access to any service at
any time and ensure sustainability among all services.
These points will be related to the Vision and the Mission:

Goals:
- Facilitate people’s life
- Conversion of traditional services into green and sustainable services
- Build charging stations for electric vehicles
- Collaborate with big entities to make its services more accessible and affordable to
the people
- Produce power banks for charging vehicles
- Improve employee’s skills
- Reduce carbon emissions
- Capture a bigger market share
- Provide better customer service

Objectives:
- Establish a website for receiving customers ideas for new services to facilitate their
life according to their requirements
- Conduct training programs in order to improve my employees' skills
- Produce sustainable raw materials for the traditional services as a step of conversion

- Increase the market share from 60 % to 70 % in the first three years of the project

Project Utilities
First of all, any project has to identify its utility from the five utilities (Form, Time, Place,
Possession and Psychological).
So, my project utilities will be time utility and place utility and possession utility and
psychological utility.
The reasons of choosing these utilities are the following:
• Time Utility
Because my project is mainly for providing services to save my customer’s time
for example for the people, they have electric cars they are wasting time by waiting
for charging their cars in the charging stations for at least one hour, also for the
barber salon truck I am providing these services to save entrepreneurs’ time instead
of waiting for their turns in the traditional salons.
• Place Utility
For the place utility I choose this utility because I am going to make my project
available 24 H a day everywhere depending on my mobile application by make it
one of the application’s options to choose the place that the customers need the
truck to come in, so the service will be available anytime and anywhere.
• Possession Utility
Nowadays there is a lot of methods to pay the fees or to buy anything even if the
customer does not have money cash, so I will make more than one payment method
instead of cash method such as pay by visa card and pay online through PayPal and
Vodafone cash and any online wallet.
• Psychological Utility
the psychological utility is the most difficult utility and the most sensitive one
because its related to the feelings of the people whose going to deal with my project,
so the reason behind choose this utility is that making my customers proud and
happy because my project depending on the concept of sustainable development
such as charging the electric cars which don’t pollute the environment and promote
for using these cars instead of using gasoline cars, so they will be happy to deal
with project is encouraging the sustainability life and at the same time facilitate
their life.
