patient's identification is the first step we must take to accurately recognize them. Confirming the patient's name,
date of birth, address, and other personal data is part of this process. This can be accomplished in a number of
ways, including by requesting a picture ID from the patient, reviewing the patient's medical records, or
confirming the patient's details with other healthcare professionals.

The accuracy of the patient's medical history and treatment plan must be checked after the patient's
identification has been confirmed. This includes looking up any allergies, past medical issues, prescriptions, and
other pertinent data. Any inconsistencies must be resolved right away if they are discovered. The provision of
high-quality care also depends on the accurate identification of patients. The medical background and treatment
strategy for the patient must be adapted to meet their specific needs. This implies that any therapies or drugs
that are suggested must be suitable for the patient's illness. It can be challenging to accomplish this without
precise identification.

Lastly, a patient's safety depends on their accurate identification. An inaccurate diagnosis, an
