 About HSPC
The Health Systems and Projects Consultants (HSPC) Limited is a Nigerian
management-holding consultancy firm established to provide and promote
systems management, capacity building/training and evidence-
generation/research and outreach services for the Health (including PHC,
HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria), Nutrition and Food Security, Energy and
Environment, and Good Governance and Human Rights. Incorporated in
December 2011, HSPC Ltd strives to be a key private-sector player in
providing technical services, leadership and support in
conferences/workshops/seminars, evaluation, reviews, assessments and
oversights, monitoring and evaluations (M&E), environmental impact
assessments and performance audits. It provides and promotes organisational
and individual capacity building/development and wellbeing through health
tourism, trainings, mentoring, technical assistance, capacity-building tours and
curricular development. HSPC also develops strategic projects and programs
management approaches including strategic plans, operational/work plans,
M&E plans, activity plans, business plans, and project planning and programs
management.

 About AHOA
• Afrihealth Optonet Association (AHOA) is a community-focused CSOs
network/think-tank of about 1000 organizations in the global South for the
promotion of Development Work, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
and Health - a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being;
using partnership/collaboration, advocacy, research/evidence-generation,
capacity dev’t, outreaches, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) as strategies;
for the benefits of rural and poor urban dwellers, marginalized, vulnerable
and disadvantaged populations of women, children, adolescents, disabled,
orphans and elderly; while exploring the nexus between Health –
Reproductive Health, PHC, HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, NCDs, Vaccines and
COVID-19; Energy and Environment - biodiversity, environment,

Trainer/Facilitator
• Dr. Uzodinma Adirieje has over twenty years of experience in development
work and providing consultancy services in monitoring and evaluation (M&E),
project/program management/oversight, supportive supervision, reviews,
training/mentoring, facilitation/management of
conferences/workshops/seminars/symposia/meetings, and systems
strengthening services in Health and Development interventions/works,
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); Primary Health Care (PHC), Universal
Health Coverage (UHC), Immunization, HIV/AIDS, TB, Malaria, Biodiversity,
Environment, Ecosystems, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Conservation,
and Climate Change (BEEREEECCC); Nutrition and Food Security; Gender,
Governance/Democracy, and Human Rights. He is a Health Economist,
Development Worker, Advocate, Columnist/Writer, Certified Management
Consultant and Trainer/Facilitator, Community leader, and M&E Specialist with
proven competencies in Partnerships promotion, Advocacy, Research/Evidence,
Capacity/Organizational Dev’t, and Community Engagements, and Outreach
interventions.

 Definitions
• A project is a series of tasks that need to be completed to
reach a specific outcome; a set of tasks required to achieve
a particular need/intention; any action taken to create
change
• A project management life cycle presents the stages
required to transform an idea from conception to reality in
an orderly and efficient manner.
• Project management life cycle is the term used to describe
the series of phases/process a project passes through
from its start to its completion
