IMPROVEMENTS IN OSHA (AMENDMENT) 2022

1 Application Amendment;
S1(2) Subject to subsection (3), this Act shall apply to
all places of work throughout Malaysia including in
the public services and statutory authorities.

CONCLUSION
1. OSH has a significant impact on the economic, social and
image as well as the competitiveness of organizations
and countries.

2. The amendment of the OSHA is expected to strengthen


and improve the effectiveness of OSH law enforcement in
this country.

3. OSHMP25 is one of the important mechanisms for the


implementation of national OSH programs and activities
in an integrated and holistic manner.

4. Data showed the execution of OSHMP25 is on track and


managed to achieved it’s current KPIs.

5. The cooperation and commitment of all stakeholders is


vital to ensure the success of the implementation of
OSHMP 25 in line with it’s theme: OSH Inclusive -
