NARRATIVE REPORT ON BRIGADA ESKWELA


SY. 2023-2024

INTRODUCTION:
This narrative report provides an overview of the implementation of Brigada
Eskwela in Tagumpay Elementary School Bay Sub-Office in alignment with the
objectives of the Department of Education (DepEd) Order No. 21, series of
2023. DepEd Order No. 21 emphasizes the integration of technology in
education, and the Brigada Eskwela initiative played a crucial role in preparing
the school environment for the upcoming academic year. It aims to promote the
integration of technology in education for enhanced teaching and learning
experiences.

During the implementation of Brigada Eskwela in alignment with DepEd Order


No. 21, s. 2023, several challenges were encountered:

1. Limited Resources: Acquiring and setting up technology infrastructure


requires significant resources, posing challenges for schools with limited
budgets.
2. Technical Issues: Connectivity problems and software glitches hindered
the seamless use of technology in classrooms.
3. Community Engagement: Encouraging active participation from
parents and the community in digital initiatives requires effective
communication and outreach efforts.

On the contrary, it resulted in positive outcomes:

1. Enhanced Infrastructure: The school's infrastructure was improved,


providing students and teachers with a better place for learning.
2. Community Collaboration: The involvement of parents and community
members in technology-related initiatives strengthened the school's
support network.

The successful implementation of Brigada Eskwela in accordance with DepEd


Order No. 21, s. 2023, showcases the commitment of Tagumpay Elementary
School Bay Sub-Office to integrating technology into education. Despite
challenges, the initiative contributed to the establishment of an environment
where technology serves as an effective tool for teaching and learning.
Continuous efforts and collaboration among stakeholders will further enhance
the benefits of this technology-driven approach in education.
