MAINTENANCE CHART FOR SP‐1800 PUMP

(A) General Overall Inspection

1 Visual Inspection of the unit for any kind of damages or cracks or leakage etc. *
2 Checking of all the functions and any kind of Leakage *
3 Checking of all the fluid levels (Hydraulic Oil, Diesel, Water) *
4 Cleanleness of the whole unit including Hopper *
5 Installation of the unit ‐ should be Horizontal and not on the tyres *
6 Dash Board Indicators and Gauges *
7 Position of Shut‐off Valve Lever *
8 Greasing in the central lubrication system [Every 4(four) working hours] *
(B) Hopper & Rock Side
1 Check the condition of sealing cone for any damages and slurry leakages *
2 Check the condition of Cutting Ring/Pressure Spring *
3 Check the condition of Kidneyy Seal *
4 Check the condition of Aggitator Mixing Arm if required Hard Face the Arm *
5 Check all the greasing points *
6 Check the Aggitator gear oil (Grade SAE‐90) First change after 500hrs of operation then every 500 hrs.
7 Check the condition of Bushing *
8 Check the condition of Flange Shaft both Gear Side & Non Drive End *
9 Check the tightness of Rock Valve Fixing Bolt *
10 Check the Condition of Bearing Bushing and Piston Cylinder *
11 Hardfacing of Rock Valve *
(C) Concrete Pump Kit Side
1 Check the condition of Ram *
2 Check the condition of Differential Cylinder Seal kit *
3 Check the tightness of Fixing Flange in the Piston Rod *
4 Check the Rock valve Change over pressure *
5 Check the Hydraulic System pressure *
6 Check the tightness of Diffetential cylinder mounting bolts *
7 Check the tightness of Pumping cylinder mounting bolts *
8 Check the No. of strokes *
9 Check the working of Hydrualic Cooling Fan
10 Change Hydraulic Oil 68 Grade First change after 500hrs of operation then every 2000 hrs.
11 Check the Seal kit of Gear Pump *
12 Check the tightnees of all Hydraulic Hoses and all Hydraulic Fittings *
13 Calibrate the Main Hydraulic Pump (2 Years Once) *

(E) Engine Parameters


1 Engine oil level and condition *
2 Battery Cables for tightning and Water level in battery *
3 Functioning of Fuel Level Gauge *
4 Engine oil Pressure and Functioning of Gauge *
5 Engine RPM should not exceed 2300 *
6 Mounting Nut Bolts of Engine and Exhust Manifold, Blower duct, Silencer etc. *
7 Engine Oil Filter *
8 Diesel Filters and pipe lines *
9 Check the condition of Air Filters and replace if required *
10 Belt condition & tightness *
11 Leakages in the fuel supply system *
(F) General
1 Cleaness of pipe line and Clamps and Sealing Rings (DN180, DN150 or DN125) *
2 Physical condition of pipelines, reducers (180/150, 150/125)and O'rings, Bends *

4 Diesel level at every 4 hrs. to avoid air locking problem *

8 Condition of Towing Hook and Screw Jack for Stabilizing *
9 Greasing of Leaf Springs and Articulations *
(G) Electrical Panel and field components:
1 Clean electrical panel with compressed air/ vaccum cleaner. *
2 Check the Condition of Remote control cable/Operation *
3 Check the tightness of all Electrical cables *
4 Check the tightness of Relays *
5 Check the Working of Temperature Gauge *
6 Check the working of Hour Meters *
7 Check the condition of Battery charging LED *
8 Check the condition of Solenoid coil operation *
