Ans) I chose this topic because I think it is important that
everyone to have an idea about the global and national affairs
about people with disability.

(1)The most common disabilities registered in global
statistics are blindness,locomotor disabilities,and partial
deafness.
(2)According to the 2011 census about 2.2% of total india
population are disabled people.
(3)The main reason for disability is accidents,problems
during pregnancy,recklessness .
Questions on ‘Why’:-
(1)It is important to maintain statistics about disabled people
so that we can have an idea about division of resources,new
innovations,implementation new schemes,development of law
and technology and etc…,
(2)The politicians need to consider the global and national
scenarios before implementing something because of social
justice,human rights,national agreements,government profit
and investment .
(3)Everyone does not agree on something because some
have superstitions, beliefs and profit.

disabled people are national statistical agencies,Ministries of
social welfare or disability affairs.

the national government and regional government.

disabilities,neurological disabilities,chronic health
conditions,developmental disabilities.

transfers,smartclass education and etc…,
