NOTICE OF THE (2nd QUARTER-2020) MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

DMFR MOLECULAR LAB AND DIAGNOSTICS

Notice is hereby given to all the members of the Board of Directors of DMFR Molecular Lab and
Diagnostics that a 2nd quarter-2020 Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on
Sunday, May 17, 2020 at 12.00 P.M. at DMFR Lounge of Navana Newbury Place, 4/1/A (7th Floor)
Sobhanbag, Mirpur Road, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh to consider the following
agenda.

01. To discuss and consider the Minutes of last Board Meeting;

02. To discuss on existing shareholder’s equity and further issue of capital to finance Business of the
Company;
03. To discuss on working capital requirement and cash flow position of the Company to decide on
deficit financing for bank repayment and keep operations of the company running;
04. To discuss on the overall business issues due to the epidemic of COVID-19 in Bangladesh; and
working our business plans ; and
05. Any other matters with the permission of the Chair.

All the Members are requested to attend the meeting.
